Ned Kelly [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ned_Kelly]: "Such is life." Just before he was hanged to death.
Oh, and I liked Mordin's words as well, they were quite touching given his history with the genophage.
And on the topic of Mass Effect 3, Legion's last words were pretty good. They weren't anything special, simply "I know, Tali. But thank you. Keelah Se'lai." But those words marked that Legion had achieved true sentience just before his sacrifice; he refered to himself as "I", as EDI later remarks on the Normandy.

(This video is part of a series of Mass Effect 3 videos [http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLF06815443007C313] I created to show various conversations and memorable moments in the game that some people may have missed depending on their playthrough. I also made a very long video of what I believe is the optimal ending to the trilogy [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axvRQ7gPrUI&list=PLF06815443007C313&index=10&feature=plpp_video] with the Extended Cut DLC (over an hour and 20 minutes long).

Dinobot in Beast Wars:

"Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly, the ill deeds along with the good, and let me be judged accordingly. The rest... is silence."
That has got to be one of my all time favorite lines. I even remember tearing up a bit at the end of that episode.

Another good one from ealier in the same episode.
Quickstrike: "So, what's a warrior without weapons?"
Dinobot: "A warrior still!"
*Beats Quickstrike down*

OT:I should never have switched from Scotch to Martinis.

I forget which Of the Dead that was, but it's one of the more memorable dying lines.
That was day of the dead. It's a little slow but it has some of the best deaths in the series.

"There is nothing proper about what you are doing, but please do try to kill me properly."- Cicero. (The Roman, not the insane Skyrim jester.)

"Thank God I have done my duty." Horatio Nelson after being shot at the Battle of Trafalgar. While not necessarily the best dying words ever, The fact that his greatest battle also caused his death is kind of awesome and sad at the same time. Whether these are his words or not, they will forever linger in the veins of history, a final testament to a great man.

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. [pause] Time to die."

"Thank God. I die a true American."
While Australian, that line did remind of Nathan Hales "My only regret, is that I have but one life to give for my country." If I do believe it correctly he was an American Scout? I'm not that big a fan of the American revolution, in the sense that I don't really care, but you guys can sure deliver on interesting quotes.

Bucky O'neil, a Rough Rider during the Spanish American War:
'Sergeant, the Spanish bullet isn't made that will kill me.'
He turned around and got shot in the head.

Can't remember who, but on overhearing his doctor tell his family that his illness was beginning to get better, he exclaimed "On the contrary..." and died!

Personal favorite from the original Highlander movie.
"I am Connor MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod. I was born in 1518 in the village of Glenfinnan on the shores of Loch Shiel. And I am immortal."

He was a American spy, and a pretty bad one at that seeing as he got caught.

"Listen, and listen well. I really like the band N-Sync. My favorite member is Harpo. I think there's a Harpo. If not there should be. I will write their next hit, maybe 'A boom-boom chiky chiky boom-boom a boom-boom chiky chaka chaka cho cho.' By the way, you must beware of Betty's iron claw. They are sharp, and they hurt. And beware his song about big butts, he beats people up while he plays it" - Master Tang Kung Pow
