She Who Lives in Her Name, the Principle of Hierarchy from Exalted. Strictly speaking, she's a Primordial and thus above the level of a god (in setting), but her power is roughly in line with the Western concept of divinity (she's not omnipotent but she is POWERFUL).
Sheogorath, Hircine, Mephala, and Molag Bal from Oblivion. I kind of like Lorkhan also. He just sounds cool.
btw is everyone on here a cold hard atheist? i've yet to see one person go all out god on people but man i've seen some smartass remarks about any true belief in any sort of "deity" or god
