The High Priest from Beyond Good and Evil must have to be a Priest of some form of diety...so that guy, whoever he is

But my favourite ficitonal dieties in ANY media would be the Discworld Pantheon

*ugh...* Look, being "anti-religious" doesn't make you cool. I'm getting sick of every thread I go in having a thousand "Look at me! I'm atheist! I'm an individual! I'm not a conformist!" comments. Seriously. You know what he's talking about, so there's no reason to be a condescending jerk about it. It's like if him saying "What's your favorite video game item?" and you saying "Well, technically they aren't really items because they're just a mass of pixels that look like items." But I'm just preaching to a brick wall. I had to get it off my chest because it's really annoying. Welcome to the internet, you know?

Sorry about that... I would have to say the Emperor from Warhammer 40k. I was actually saddened when I heard one of my units shouted "The Emperor has abandoned us!"

Anoia, goddess of things that stick in drawers.
Seconded.

Oh though favourite might have to be Shadowthrone/Ammanas from the Malazan book of the fallen, or perhaps Mael from the same series. Some of the best writing it has ever been my pleasure to come across.

Papa Nurgle loves his children! Nah, I'd actually have to go with the classic Cthulhu, who doesn't love Cthulhu?

Do the Reapers count?

If not then I'm going for the Maker from Dragon Age, the guy basically just says a collective 'fuck you' to everyone and curses everyone in Ferelden with the blight because of a few power hungry maniacs.

Nalar the god of evil from the riftwar saga and beyond. Not cos he's cool or anything but because without him and his evil machinations, there'd be no more books in the series.
