I second that. I love that movie. That Night Walker is awesome.

SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE
MAIM! KILL! BURN!

Khrone (This guy is bad-ass), Sheogorath (I'd love some brain pie.), Chthulu (Why the hell not?) and Saxton Hale (This guy is bad-ass as well).

From fictional deities (what a loaded question; I'll be excluding God from that list on issues of validity, thanks), I'd have to go with Enki.

The Corpse-God Mantarok from Eternal Darkness. Hell, any of the ones on that are great.

Haruhi Suzumiya or Sheogorath. The former is the only deity that looks good in a bunny suit, and the latter is just too wacky to not list.

Mine is probably all of the religeons from the Thief series. These include:

The Hammerites, who are basically a bunch of 7ft tall, industry loving, hammer-wielding, poetic brickshithouses.

The Mechanists, they're pretty much the same as Hammerites, except armed with maces, and backed by bomb-firing robots, that sound suspiciously like Droopy the Dog...

Lastly, the Pagans, half-naked tree huggers who worship a devil-like fellow, they like to sabotage the Hammerites and Mechanists at every oppertunity.

Anoia, goddess of things that stick in drawers. Imaginary cookie for the reference
From Discworld!

And I'm right behind you - Anoia is MY favorite fictional deity too, because of the role she plays in "Going Postal"! Especially the bit with the newspaper headline, "Wave of stuck drawers hits city"!

(It is INSANELY funny if you've read the book from the start.)

My top pick:
He's magical and mysterious! Surely that counts as being a deity O_O

It would be Cthulhu and Co., but I'll keep it to something within a game(besides, there is always the Bloop).

Nazara, or Sovereign for you organics. He's a Lovecraftian god mixed with a Terminator. Now we just have to wait until the Cenobites draft a Predator.

Honorable mentions go to SHODAN and Denton/Helios.

Yhwh is awesome. Flooding the entire world, convincing a guy to murder his own son, killing babies... wow.
