Planescape: Torment had a lot. Here's a few I can think of -
1. "Endure. In enduring grow strong."
It's pretty much a rewording of "that which does not kill me makes me stronger", but with clearer meaning and not tarnished by over(mis)use.
2. "Women are the reason I became a monk. And, uh, the reason I switched back."
It's like the "can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em" line, but wittier and more entertaining.
3. "If it's garters you're looking for, I happen to have a pair. Your mother left them in my bed last night."
It occurs to me that the Nameless One's repertoire of insults consists mostly of "yo mamma" jokes.
