The speech in the beginning of Dogma where Matt Damon explains to nun how the walrus and the carpenter part from Alice in Wonderland proves that there is no god.

i dont remember it now but check it out, funny as hell, but it also makes you think

but the point of that speech was the irony of something that has literal been in the presence of God and spoken to God, Something that know without a doubt that God is real, convincing a Nun to become an atheist. I Love the Works of Kevin Smith

"I ain't got time to bleed."
- I can in no way remember the character's name, but Jesse "The Body" Ventura, from Predator.

"One-two, Freddy's coming for you.
Three-four, better lock your door.
Five-six, grab your crucifix.
Seven-eight, gonna stay up late.
Nine-ten, never sleep again."

Gandalf is hotbed of great quotes. Some of my favourites are:

"Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them, Frodo? Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement." ~often used in Capital Punishment debates for some reason.

And also:

"Death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain-curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass, and then you see it. White shores, and beyond, a far green country under a swift sunrise."

That scene alone proved Jackson's skill in directing, IMO.

Sweet merciful crap, that was fantastic. I was wondering where some of those quotes came from, and they all from the same damn scene. Wow.

On topic: "Do, or do not, there is no try" (Yoda, The Empire Strikes Back)
Or basically anything Yoda says. I miss that muppet.

I would have said Samuel Jackson in the Pulp fiction breakfast scene but it seems most are going for that. So I'll just go with this line from Shaun of the Dead.

Jason Bourne: You sent me to kill Wombosi.

Conklin: Kill Wombosi? We can do that any time we want. I can send Nikki to do that, for Chrissakes. Mr. Wombosi was supposed to be dead three weeks ago. He was supposed to have died in a way where the only possible explanation was that he'd been murdered by a member of his own entourage. I don't send you to kill. I send you to be invisible. I send you because you don't exist.

Back To The Future.

"If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits eighty-eight miles per hour... you're gonna see some serious shit."

"Doc, we better back up. We don't have enough road to get up to 88."
"Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads."
