Mine was the ARM Peewee from Total Annihilation, it was just so cute, and it's response sounds were cute too :D

How ISN'T that a cute little robot killing machine? Then again, it's technically a cloned soldier inside a high-tech battlesuit. The CORE AK isn't as cute as the Peewee IMO.

Then again, it was only good for the first five minutes of a game and then you started saying "Fuck this, I'm reccing my factory and going after ARM T2" after the CORE player on the other side of the field began to slowly mop the floor with everything you sent at him...

PS: Were the only two good things about ARM in TA the Kbots and the T2 defences? And being able to spam SHITLOADS of stumpies if you were dumb enough to go ARM vehicles but ARM vehicles isn't exactly a good thing xD
I'm a huge fan of the Brawlers, the T2 gunships. While they might have paper thin armour, they make up for it with a very high rate of fire. Those and the Phoenix strategic bomber. The Core do have the advantage, though, especially in the Core Contingency expansion (especially if they can get a Krogoth or two up)

Yeah, but CORE usually wins before they've even built a Krogoth. Unless the ARM player was smart enough to go Kbots or Air and spam Brawlers and, was it Hawks or Vampires? Can't remember.

ARM had better T2 kbots than CORE did. Imo it had better Kbots in general up until the enemy has a Krogoth.

edit: Oh yeah, and ARM did have FAR better T2 defences than CORE did. I think even better T3 defences as well in one of the Spring mods.

Hawks are ARM, Vampires are CORE. When I'm playing ARM, I tend to building aircraft more than Kbots or vehicles. I'll still have some ground forces to make sure I'm not overrun, but most of my offensive pushes will be led with a bevy of air strikes against their choke points to soften them up some, then attempt to mop up with Brawlers.

For some reason I tend to like Infantry more than anything mechanical (for example I almost always went with airborne units in Endwar). One of the reasons that I didn't like Earth 2150 is that it had no infantry.

Its a three way tie between mammoth tanks from Command and Conquer, grizzlies from Halo Wars and ODSTS also from Halo wars.

I choose the Grizzlies and Mammoth tanks because there so damn over powered get a few of them and you can destroy the other guys base in short order, and there both here because there pretty much the same thing.

ODSTs are there because you can throw 30 squads at the other guy at once and replace them on the fly by dropping them straight into combat, and they heal themselves on the spot. Unless the other guy is doing the exact same thing he is screwed.

Zerglings from Starcraft, They are cheap, come in packs of two, and it's very fun to watch 50 of them running around killing everything.

And now for something completely different.

Gimme the Dunov class Battlecruiser from Sins of a Solar Empire. Not the flashiest ship, nor the hardest hitting. And just one of them isn't anything special. But two or more? Now you're cooking with gas!

See the Dunov has the ability to repair the shields of other allied ships. It can't use it on itself, so the obvious tactic is to kill the Dunov first (always kill the healer first!) then the ships it was protecting. But if you've got TWO Dunov's and set it up so that they heal each other...

I've had capital ship fleets with a core of three Dunovs that can roll through virtually anything they encounter. Sure it may take a while to win, but win they shall.

Sometimes it isn't about the biggest gun.

Yeah, but remember what thread you're posting in, boy-o.

I'm going with my Titan Mk. II walkers from C&C3: Kane's Wrath:

Nothing quite like a walking tank that can stomp all over other tanks.

Oh, and here:
