It looks amazing. Especially on the tv when downloaded from PSN. I love you 1080p resolution.
As for the trailer itself, it looks great.

I did that. It was still to slow.Enigmers said:-Slow battle system? Turn off the gambits and turn the battle speed to fastest.
I turned them off. Also I never said that they are a bad thing. Sure I've never used them but they are helpful if you want to gain 10 lvls over night without actually playing the game (yes that is possible).Enigmers said:-Don't like gambits? Turn them off. Here's how: in battle, push the analog stick in a downwards direction, twice. Then press "X". The large golden "G" beside gambits should now be faint and gray. Congratulations, you have successfully turned off gambits.
I think this would be an awesome battle system myself, action points recharge once used, but you can spend them at any time.Vlane said:I did that. It was still to slow.Enigmers said:-Slow battle system? Turn off the gambits and turn the battle speed to fastest.
I already said it and I will say it again: Square throw the bar away. Give us action points (or something like that). Give us a battle system where we can do everything at any time if we have enough points.
I am as ecstatic as you are. Final Fantasy has been notorious for dumping loads of beautiful cinematic but showing little or no gameplay.Jumplion said:FINALLY some god damn GAMEPLAY from this game!

I like the visual style, It gives a good contrast to the last game, but the combat looks to be a little dodgy.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt for quite some time and then chimed in around the point that he said he didn't care about the Escapist/the rules. I simply informed him of how he makes himself and those who share his ideas look (myself included). Also, I never said that this form of judgment is right, it is simply natural. I dont even know why people are pissed at him in the first place. Using "ur" is totally understandable text; it's not like he was using leetspeak. I guess it just goes to show that there are people out there who will take any information, no matter how irrelevant (seriously, it doesn't matter if Obama's middle name is "Hussein" or not), and try to imply that someone is wrong about everything because of it.
Edit: well, there goes my notable poster...(or whatever comes next)
It doesn't matter if it's natural or not! Didn't you read it?! You admitted to basing your judgment off of his simplified wording (bolded above). That's not the benefit of the doubt, that's just being an ass. Even if you claim to be posting from an outside perspective, you are still taking your "natural" form of judgement and not even attempting to do things the right way. You say that this is how everyone does it and therefore it is ok, if you didn't think it was ok then you would either be taking my stance or your just too lazy to make good judgements.jboking said:I gave him the benefit of the doubt for quite some time and then chimed in around the point that he said he didn't care about the Escapist/the rules. A lot of those people who complain to him come to the Escapist to escape(ha) the odd language that litters the rest of the internet. It is also simply against the rules.
Also, I have not looked down upon his opinion of FFXII. Though I'm sure some have due to his writing.
P.S. I wouldn't worry about your notable poster(or whatever it is), you haven't done anything wrong.
Have you read every page of this thread? Did you see his previous posts? He was using that language far before I stepped in and, compared to how the other escapists treated him, I am being downright courteous by having an actual conversation with him to discuss the situation than simply calling him and idiot or using sarcasm designed to make him look like one. While were at it, did you notice when I stepped in? About the point when he posted, "The Escapist is not that big a part of my life. i still dont care." That is blatant disregard for the rules and in many ways disrespectful. I had given him time to simply change the way he typed and then let it be, I gave him the benefit of the doubt for a time. However, he had to take that extra step and disrespect those who run and own the forum he is posting on.gigastrike said:It doesn't matter if it's natural or not! Didn't you read it?! Regarding the rules: you're taking things way too seriously. As I said, his language was no where near excessive. He isn't supporting 4chan just because he uses texting abbreviations. So you should stop blindly upholding rules just because it's written and get off your lazy ass and decide for yourself whether or not it's justified!
