it was super smash bros melee
i think im a bit younger than some people here

First game on my very first own console, a Gameboy Pocket, was Pokemon Red.

First game on my first, own 'big' console, a GameCube, was Super Smash Bros. Melee.

First game on my own PC was Counterstrike: Source, if I recall correctly.

I remember it lagging and looking shit on my parent's PC. First thing I wanted to know how it looked and played on my own PC.

First PC game hmm... I suppose it would be fallout 3 (really not a PC gamer)

first console game I got was SHOX on the ps2 (enourmous fun)

did I mention I got the third ever ps2 in the uk

My own first console was a SNES, and the game that came with it was Donkey Kong.

Before that, me and my uncle played Wolfenstein 3D on his PC. He used the arrow keys to move and I did ctrl to shoot. I was 6-7-8 years old, good times

When I got my PS1, my first game was Adidas Power Soccer in '96 - back in the days when there were about 100 football games, now we only have 2. Bloody awful and incredibly frustrating but I racked up quite a few hours on it.

I got my hands on Terror From the Deep before Enemy Unknown

I think Ugh! ( arcade flight game ) and Diablo were also one of the first.

EDIT: As for SNES games, definitely Super Mario Bros, then Tanks and Tetris, later Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers and Contra. Good times indeed.
