I put the teabag in first with a sugar cube. Then add the boiling water until the cup is 6/8 full, then I add a small bit of milk, 1/8 at most, if it looks to light I press the tea bag to make it stronger, then you're good to go.

I never put milk in my tea, and I only use sugar in chai and Earl Grey.
Oh, so you only put sugar in the sweet teas? Good thinking. :p

I put milk in last, if at all. No sugar unless I absolutely can't stomach the idea of the taste of the tea I drink, but in that case I'll have a coffee or get some more sleep, then tea. Putting it in first is less heretical than putting it in the coffee first, in the latter case you'll find the coffee doesn't all melt properly, so there will be granules floating around being annoying. But it's a nice effect.

They're just different recipes, make to taste.

I'm inconsistant...

First thing in the morning I whack the milk in first, anything that might speed up the process is welcome. Once I'm awake, I tend to put the milk in last so I can dilute to taste.

Last, so I can decide how strong the tea should be and the tone of it.
And whats the difference? It all mixes up anyway, it all end up in your stomach same way and gets treated the same way.

Definitely last. If the milk were to go in first, not only would the tea not steep as well in the cooler liquid, but the sugar wouldn't mix in as easily, either. I only take milk in certain types of tea, anyway, typically chais.

This is a super serious issue. It is equally as serious as the Russian Revolution, the Spanish Civil War, or English poverty. You know that because Orwell wrote an essay on it:
http://www.k-1.com/Orwell/site/work/essays/cupoftea.html
According to him the tea should go in first.

Milk in first, cause if it goes in second it's A) more difficult to judge the amount and B) doesn't diffuse through the tea.

I drink my tea straight, lazily, and cheaply; no milk, no sugar, no timed steeping. Though I assume, from watching british television series, that the milk goes in later. Perhaps it is to keep the bags from drawing the milk away and starting to stink in the bin.

No milk for me, I prefer my tea with a strong taste. But when I make it for other people who have milk, I put it in after the tea, right before stirring.

I put in sugar first though. It tastes different when done last, I'm not sure why.

I'm calling BS on every single thing he said, purely because I disagree with it, of course.

I tend to use a drop of half and half with some sugar for my black teas and I put it in after the water, give the tea some time to steep properly

I put the milk in last, because then it doesn't cool the tea down while the teabag is still brewing.

I boil the water, pour it in the cup, put in the tea bag, stir, take the tea bag out, then put in the milk. Why would you want boiled milk with tea on the top?
