I've been to the grocery store plenty of times, and I don't believe I've ever witnessed a child biting a random stranger for no reason. I think this person is making the story up, for why would they let everyone in the store believe he was HIV positive? That would start one hell of a rumor.

Yeah, old bash quote, I don't really see how anyone involved was a 'horrible person' except the parent (and to some extent the child). Certainly not the people reading it.
The guy who pulled the HIV scare is a genius and has a VERY quick witted mate for him to pick up it that fast

I read that one a while ago, can't say I disapprove. It's funny, the mum and the kid could use a scare, there's no lasting damage besides a visit to the hospital and maybe it'll cause the kid to stop being so annoying.

Yeah I laughed, don't really know why anyone would feel guilty about laughing though. The guy who got bitten is the only one who got wronged. The guy who got bitten gets a laugh out of scaring the kid and mother, and the kid might even stop being a little turd.

Edit: Oh, and I have a story, yes...

Basically I was waiting for the bus with other people and there were this two annoying children kicking people and swearing. So one of the two kids flips me off, and before I know what the hell is happening I'm biting her hand.

Not terribly funny, but it showed me that apparently I have quick reflexes when I'm pissed off. Who knew?

That mother should count her blessings that the person who told that story didn't haul her ass into court for what her kid did. I've heard of situations where parents who don't discourage what could be construed as violent behavior end up losing their kids...even if it's something as simple as biting.

This was a good idea on the storyteller's part. If anything, the mother will think twice about letting her child do whatever the phrack he wants.

Well, this might be a little cruel, but I don't blame him. I work at a supermarket three days a week and every time I think at least three times: ''Just remember, the guys at Durex are right: condoms are more fun.''. When a kid would bite me, I would probaly do the same.
