I didn't cry but I was upset at one point in Persona 4. If you've played it you know what I'm talking about.

Mass Effect.

That was a truly tense, exciting moment of the game. Shame that that's as far as my game works, disc's scratched. It just stops at 80%.

I don't know about crying, but the end of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time brought me pretty close to tears.

EDIT: Oh and the guy above reminded me about Episode 2. I was actually really f*cked off, I'd of happily just beat the living shit out of that advisor with a box. Was truly sad.
This pretty much. I still cry for Sands of Time and Episode 2 isn't far off.

Silent Hill 2. Christ, the "in water" ending. Although I came pretty close with KOTOR 2...

never cried because of a game, despite Lost Odyssey's numerous attempts. In the end it just made me dislike the game.
It tried far too hard to be emotional and ended up just pissing me off.

Mass Effect was quite sad but at the time I was too busy trying to work out which of them would be more useful to keep at a later stage to be upset by it.

I've choked up during a few games. Big spoilers below for Half-Life 2 Episode 2, FFX, Mass Effect, Gears of War 2, and Beyond Good & Evil.

Half-Life 2: Episode 2 when Eli is murdered. Wasn't necessarily the act itself, but Alyx's crying that got me ):

The entire ending of Final Fantasy X with Auron, Jecht, and Tidus dying.

Choosing between Ashley or Kaidan in Mass Effect.

Dom being reunited with his wife in Gears of War 2...and the decision that followed.

Peyj being kidnapped in Beyond Good & Evil >:|

I don't know how to make that cool spoiler thing but SPOILER for METAL GEAR SOLID comming up anywho.

I don't think that I shed any actual tears, but I was close in the first MGS for the PS/PC. At the end when Gray Fox show up to bail you out when fighting and gets nailed by Liquid in the Rex. I still know Fox's monolouge by heart, to me it was damn touching.

The intro to Kingdom Hearts 2 almost got me to shed tears. You know, it was the kind of tears that come to you're eyes but stop at the eyes, no tears falling. I don't know why the intro to KH2 had such effect on me, I guess I'm a sucker for sad songs, in a way that they move me to tears.

Easily the moments in The Darkness, one where Jenny dies, and after killing Uncle Pauly. Those both made my eyes tear up. Especially Uncle' Pauly's "theme song".

Last I checked, the list included Tsukihime, Fate/Stay Night, Tales of Symphonia (and Dawn of the New World), Tales of the Abyss, A Drug That Makes You Dream, and Heart de Roommate.

Hell, there have been games that made me cry without me even playing them. I defy you to locate the context of <url=http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/TearJerker/VideoGames>this page's opening quote about Elite Beat Agents and keep a dry eye...

I cried at one point of Fate/Stay Night. Can't remember which bit though... First story, I think.
The end of Saber's and Shirou's date, and again at their ero scene afterwards. Continuation of the Dream (Fate True Ending). Manly tears at Archer's backstory. Somewhat less manly tears at Rin and Archer's final talk. The first realization that <color=white>Saber is dead. That scene with Sakura and Shirou in the rain during Heaven's Feel. Killing <color=white>Dark Saber Ilya's perfect use of the Third Magic. Cherry Blossoms' Dream (Heaven's Feel Normal Ending).

And probably others I've forgotten.

Lost Odessy...the first Memory ((i think they are called Thousand Years of Dreams or something)) but

its about how a girl gets like..lost from her parents during a journey or something, and somethin bad happens, and i can't remember fully what it is

but that actually made me cry..it was THAT depressing

*EDIT*

also the GoW books..mainly the 1st one when

Carlos kills himself to save Marcus and Bernie so they can look after Dom for him...worst part is is Dom as of just before that mission was a father

also in the second book when

Bernie starts to lose it and Cole-Train becomes his big teddy bear self....and Baird is actually nice to her

and in the game of GoW 2 when

Carmine dies..just the speech he gives..also when Tai kills himself...and the part that actually made me cry was Dom killing Maria

i knew it was coming...and it still made me cry...GoW is a depressing series...holy hell..

The bit before the credits on Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2.

Just watching the ending on youtube wont suffice. You have to play through the whole game for the severe gravity of it to hit you.
