Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. Took me months to finish, mostly because I spent absurd amounts of time just mucking around. Plus, I liked the sailing so I didn't abuse the warps.

Also Secret of Mana. I started that years ago with my brother and still haven't finished.

Deus Ex easily took me 4.5-5 months to complete,

GTA San Andreas was about a year, mainly due to dicking around in between missions/just dicking around period for stress relief/its just so fun.

Quake II took me about 3 months if I remember correctly, probably more.

The Lost Vikings took me probably like a year, and i was at 99% and I just COULD NOT beat it for the life of me, so i gave up and beat it like a couple of months later.

Jet force Gemini, but damn it was fun. I easily wasted 1000 hours just running around shooting ennemies to bits just for fun.
Body Harvest, took me months, if not a year to finally beat it, the majority of the time was lost in the Java level.

Onyx Oblivion

Borderlands Addict. Again.

10 months for Tales of Vesperia.

Started August 2008, beat June 2009.

I liked the game a lot...I just took a lot of breaks from it, and got lost when I went back to it.

About 75 hours of actual play time for the first run, though.

Demons Soul's is taking me a while to finish.
I'm trying to complete it without looking at ANY hints, guides or anything like that.
I'm about half way trough and I bought the game the week it was released in the UK.
I'm fairly on and off with it though.

FF 12. 168 hours plus something minutes to 100% it. I was finishing up highschool when I started and in my second semester of college when I finished it off. The yiazmat alone took a WEEK. ><

System shock 2, the games not like a super long epic, but it's so unforgiving, especially if you build your stats up wrong. You have to re-roll, a lot

Oni.

I still haven't, but I'm at last getting there. Been at it for 4-5 years.

And Anno 1602. Never managed the missions when I firts got it (I was six.. and too dumb for the complex game) and this year beat it in a week.

Devil May Cry 4. I had to stop and start because Nero and Kirie annoyed the hell out of me and I had University work as well. It took me about a year I think.
