Agreed.
I mean i dont know what the developers were smoking when they made the game.
Making you choose between EXP and Items?
you couldn't even choose your target in battle.
I could go on but, id like to forget that game ever existed.
I was going to go with Haze as one of the most terrible games of all time, but this Lunar: Dragon Song sounds like it could possibly be worse. Even from hearing about it I'm looking back on Haze fondly, and Haze is the sort of game that you look upon with nothing but contempt. How old was this heap of shit that you couldn't even pick targets? I loaded up Phantasy Star II the other day and I could pick the enemy to attack.

Chaos Legion. Final Fantasy XII (13 is ok, but this is absolute crap). Chaos Legion. Mirror's Edge (Unless it's for $20 or so). Chaos Legion. Duke Nukem Forever. Chaos Legion. Most movie liscened games. Chaos Legion. Silent Hill 1 (it's not that it's bad. It's just not aged well and not worth losing the nostalgia you once had). Chaos Legion. Killzone 2 (it is highly overratted). Chaos Legion. Any game in a trilogy that you know will be released in a 3 pack. Chaos Legion. Legend of the Dragoon (spend your time instead demanding via email/letters/hostages/etc. that it be remade in current gen graphics). Chaos Legion. Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of a New World (take a game that has been finished up beautifully in a 60 hour story that truely ended. Now kill it, take a dump on the corpse and everything it stood for, and make it parade around town to ruin the lives of everyone it ever touched in its life before dropping it on its own grave. That is what this game does to Tale of Symphonia). But most of all Chaos Legion.
Okay, I can understand FFXII -edit- wasN'T (I meant to say WASN'T)-edit- perfect, granted, but it wasn't awful.
As bad as the story was, Balthier, Fran, the game settings (the world), sidequests, battle system and optional bosses (marks) made it worth playing.
Mirrors edge was great fun but deifnately not worth more than $20 (I got it for $4 on pc).
Seriously though... Legend of Dragoon? You didn't like it because it's only on PSone?
Your only complaint with the game is it's graphics? That doesn't mean you should never buy it. It's an extremely original, imaginative and quite deep, immersive RPG with a great story, great characters and a simply awesome battle system.
Whoever reads this, ignore what he has said about Legend of Dragoon. It seems he only really cares about graphics in a game.
Um, I f*cking love Legend of the Dragoon. I'm actually saying that game needs to be remade to give it the justice it deserves. It was a gem I consider way ahead of its time (ie, before voice acting the text, the graphics like FF13, GoW3, and Uncharted 2, and motion capture so that the characters are able to move more like an actual human). All I said was that you should be using the time spent to be getting that remade (or atleast put on PSN so that I can no longer worry about the disc getting scratched and preventing me from playing my favorite game) so that more people can enjoy it since if you haven't noticed, it's no longer being made, meaning the amount of copies is limited.

Okay, thanks for clarifying. The way you said it and the fact that it's in this forum made me think you hated it because it didn't have any current generation graphics.
I know it's OOP, but I'm not worried as i take great care of my discs, and can still play it.
I think it should be re-released on PSN though. They recently released FFIX so maybe they'll do LoD soonish.
I want them to re-release Vandal Hearts II.

Eragon DS. And Burnout Revenge (or was it Legends?) DS.

3D does not go well with the DS.

despite what its sales records suggest, don't buy MW2.
one of 2 things will happen:
!) it'll make you rage with the power of a thousand suns
?) You'll try to become good at it and slowly lose grip with reality/society.
I got the (!) choice because it is 1000% true.

OT: MW2.

Every game ever made.

In all seriousness, I can't actually suggest one except maybe the Sims.
Playing a game where you control some avatars life is a bit pointless to me.
the sims has its audience, it hits its target audience and the game works, it just probably isnt to the tastes of the people at the escapist!
The Original Sims on the PC was fun back in the day

+1 for good times

Killer 7. Killer 7. Killer 7.

I bought this recently and was actually inclined to start a forum asking what people enjoyed about it.
Having received cult classic status I was so utterly determined to enjoy it. It is, in fact, poorly designed, riddled with bad pacing, completely bare-bones in gameplay (the majority of which is spent simply running back and forth), is hampered by constant loading screens, explains nothing about the gameplay mechanics in any satisfying or simple-to-follow way and has a nonsensical plot with a script that can best be pronounced as gibberish. It's just out-and-out awful.
I'm convinced that anybody that claims to enjoy this actually does it for the status, simply because of the game's relative obscurity. Because as far as I can see, this game is devoid of any fun WHATSOEVER.

Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of a New World. I played 2 hours into this game only to get so pissed at the plot and characters my friends and I have sworn off it and had to promptly play the first Tales of Symphonia to erase the bad memories. It's so bad I have one friend who denies its very existence. That game is my new standard for bad games.
I AM SO HAPPY. I didnt buy it, the first game was one of the best game I ever played... the sequel... when they anounced it, I was happy but when I found out the main characters arent even the same, I was like "WTF!" Perfectly good characters that they could have built so much more on and they decided to not use them as the main characters of the sequel.

I almost puked when a guy on this forum said it was a worthwhile game on the wii.
