Mass Effect, Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2, Uncharted, Bioshock.

I'd also like to give Heavy Rain a kick in the nuts for failing miserably on something so important for a game of it's type.

I don't know how it is for WoW though...
Big range. Some of it was really well done.

Some of it was not. Whether it was good or not really ended up being more random than a dizzy blind guy trying to hit a dartboard while drunk.

Both Mass Effects, Kotors, and Dragon Age:Origins. Basically anything bioware has churned out.

GTA:SA has some of the finest voice acting of any game ever. The voices perfectly suit the characters and the style.

Fallout for having Ron Pearlman in every intro deserves a mention as I dont think any other phrase gives me goosebumps the way "War. War never changes" does. Epic.

Some of the ME characters.
DA:O was very good I must say.
Uncharted was good.

Male Shep aside, most of the voice work in Mass Effect is pretty good.
I know this is probably not the place for it, but, hell, I don't really want to make a thread for that, but I have a question. What's wrong with the male Shepard's voice actor? Almost anytime I see Mass Effect 2's cast mentioned, he seems to be getting the least love, to put it kindly. Why?
Well, for me anyway, he seems to have this disconnect from the other characters. He comes off wooden in comparison. Here is a video that compares the female Shepard and male Shepard directly.
Perhaps if you couldn't hear the female next to the male, it wouldn't be as obvious, been when taken together, it becomes a little hard to ignore. For me in any case.

I quite liked the acting done in Starcraft and Warcraft 3.
Starcraft had the best voice actors ever, WC 3 had good voice acting too but I thought the dialogs were not as good.

honestly he is just average, when compared to some of the other characters he just falls short, thats why some people have the hate for him

personally i dont mind him at all, but i do see why people might find his emotion and voice is lacking

overall, i love nolan north in uncharted 1 and 2, i dont think they could have picked a better voice actor for drake, even the side characters have great voice acting and solid lines too!

hell any bioware game seems to find gems of voice actors/writers

also someone said before, god of war, i just FEEL like a badass due to kratos's badass voice

Deus Ex, simple as that, Hearing the deadpan Agent Smith dialog from JC and Paul denton, Gunther Hereman's drastic voice, and well just about anyone on there had voices very fitting to what they talk about.
