I've pre-ordered Catherine, will pre-order The Last Guardian, and plan on pre-ordering any Persona game announced.

Mass Effect 3 will not be purchased until it is released with all of the DLC. I'll probably still rent it, though. I'm going to rent Portal 2 as well, but that is simply because the game is brief and, according to what I've read, has limited replay value.

Edit: I bought Pokemon White at launch. Worthwhile purchase.

Fable II, Halo Reach, Red Dead Redemption.

That's all that comes to mind at the moment, and all were worth it

except maybe Fable II, it was fun at the time but soon got boring.

Gotta love getting discounts on games when you preorder them on PC. Most of them were worth it or at least decent (Left 4 Dead 2, Fallout NV, and Zombie Driver I would have been better of saving my money).

WoW: Cataclysm, Love the updates to the old world but WoW is getting repetative
Dragon Age 2, which was a good choice in my opinion.

Other then that I really haven't bought anything at launch until I got to try it from Gamefly. Sames me time and money since I can wait for the price to go down. I'm done spending 60 bucks for games.

i completed halo:reach BEFORE the release date... thats how short the campaign is.
also halo:ODST-big mistake...
(did anyone who preordered actually get codes for either cuz i didnt...)
