Jack

Jack was less than pleased when Seth entered with a guest or what was to be substitute if he heard right. He didn't like him. He could physically see this... Solomon was it? Like Solomon Grundy? It didn't matter right now because he couldn't sense the being. It was disconcerting to say the least. He'd keep his metaphorical eye on the being. He listened to who his teammates were going to be and made a few mental notes.

Viktor was strong and experienced. He was probably going to be team leader. Of course then there was Sol, who as of right now he knew virtually nothing about. Seth hadn't been all that forthcoming. He was knew and the team knew nearly nothing about him. Even if he was experienced, Jack figured everyone would trust a more familiar face as leader. There was Sierra who was not much of a people person. She was also no where near as experienced as Viktor. Then the Yowie. Jack trusted Jarrah the most out of all the beings here. However he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, he wasn't dumb. However he didn't have the experience and knowledge that comes with time like Viktor had. Then there was himself. He wasn't a people person. Enough said.

"Only got one real question; who's commanding the each team?"

'Most likely you.' Jack thinks to himself as he pulls himself from his thoughts. "Do we have a layout of the area we're going into?" He asks as he pulls himself from the darker corner of the room. Letting the light hit him but being oh so annoyed by it.

"We'll work out where you'll be staying later. More important matters that need addressing first."

"Is that a maybe?" Sol replied, though he left it at that. No use over-doing it, after all. Especially not when dealing with a demon.

"Viktor, Jack, Sierra, Jarrah, Sol. You will be tasked with the investigation. Your free to kill any cultists you come across of course, but if you find anything pertaining to a egotistical demon named Demigra, or the cults leader Mira, you are to bring that back, sooner we find them, the sooner we can end these cultist as a threat, for no anyway."

Sol could only smirk as he saw the vampire bastard inside. He recognized the... was it Ukranian? vampire, and from the looks of it, Viktor recognized him too. So much for getting away from that one murder attempt unharmed. Rubbing his neck, he looked directly at Viktor, and formed words without sound with his lips.

'Thank you for this'

Then Sol looked at the others.

"It's Thorn, not Thron. But it's nice to meet you guys, please treat me kindly." He took his seat in an arm-chair a bit away from the others, and examined them. The girl who looked bothered at the mention of Lenah's injuries was likely Mirabelle, the golem. He sort of considered challenging her to a fight, though Sol never entered a fight expecting it to be "just" training, so that was probably a bad idea. As for the others; it was simple enough to see which of them was a succubus. Her body language and clothes made it clear that she was working on sex appeal, and her traits were exotic enough to entice, but still normal enough to be beautiful. It was unclear who the rest were -though the big hairy guy was probably the Yowie- but he kept his eyes on them, making sure to take note of what he could.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm insane. What kind of hunter enters a school full of monsters? Nonetheless, I'm sure God wouldn't want me to join him just yet, so it'll work out. I hope.

His old "friend", Viktor, spoke again.

"Only got one real question; who's commanding the each team?"

"Not me," Sol replied. "Nor do I think there's a need for someone in command. As long as you follow your gut feeling, rooting out the cultists should be simple." He had dealt with the kind before, after all. It was odd how a monster hunter would have to deal with humans too.

"Do we have a layout of the area we're going into?"

Coming out of seemingly nowhere, another guy appeared, and Sol couldn't keep himself from feeling a bit like a fool, he hadn't noticed the being at all.

I guess that's the shadow being.

It was a bit odd, being faced with the one... person there who could hide better than he could.

Definitely going to need to keep an eye on that one.

"Only got one real question; who's commanding the each team?"

"One question, what can my team expect to run up against in recovering this asset?"

"Um, i have one. Is there any specific way that you or the person themselves, want them brought back? Like to protect some sort of cover or something similar. Or are we free to get them here in the way we deem best?"

]"Do we have a layout of the area we're going into?"

The group asked in turn, Seth had to admit, he was more then a little disappointed the vampire only wanted to know who would be leading the groups. Struck him a little odd that "What was the temple for originally?" Sierra asked, then thought about it a second, "or what kinda spirit was/is housed there." a bit odd the anti-social half breed would ask a better question.

Seth turned toward to Juliet first, since her's and Mirabelle's questions had the shortest answers. "Your mission should be a simple extraction. So at most 'normal' human interference if your clumsy about it. As for the extraction it self, that's why a team needs to be sent, they are bound to an object they can not touch, on account of being 'Physical Body Impaired' at the moment. You need only find the object and bring it back here and he will follow, fortunately they know where it is, so you shouldn't have much trouble in that department."

Seth then turned to Viktor and that group. "The card Viktor has also the known lay of the temple grounds before these 'Demigrians' as I've decided to start calling them, moved in so expect some inaccuracy's as you move, but given the lay of the place there probably won't be many above ground." Seth then turned to Sierra. "There isn't much in the way of Intel on the original use of the place. What we do have suggests it was simply a place of prayer and meditation, though as to why it fell out of use is unknown, so do be careful."

That just left the question of leadership, something Sol seemed rather eager to avoid. "As for team leads, Juliet will be the lead of her squad, Viktor, your in charge of your team. Any-other questions?"

After another moment or two, Viktor signalled for the others in ?his? team to gather around the map. Once everyone was there, he made eye contact with Sierra and Jarrah in turn. ?The way I see it we three are the main weight?and since from what I?ve read in your files, none of us are what you?d call ?sneaky?, I figure we take a direct approach.? Reaching across the map, he tapped three points around the temple, forming a rough triangle. ?We wait until about two or three am, right when people are the most out of it, and hit them like the Wrath of God. Clear the top floors, then work our way down until we run out of cultists?not very elegant, but sometimes brute force is the best solution.?

Turning a bit, he directed his attention to Jack and Solomon. ?Jack, when we hit the place we?ll pop any lights we can to give you the most room to maneuver, because I?ll need you for crowd control; there is a good chance that when we crash into there we may miss someone, and I don?t want these guy?s higher ups to know what happened until we are long gone, so it?ll be up to you to nail any runners. Solomon, I don?t know what your full capabilities are, but I do know Hunters like to be a bit more circumspect than we?re about to be, and I also know you lot have a tendency to have a good eye for detail. That means, once we?re in you follow us down and look for anything of use, paper records, computers shit like that?and if you get jumped by someone we?ve missed, don?t bother trying to play the ?I?m human too? card, these fucker don?t care.?

Sitting back, he waited for the others reactions. ?Thoughts, suggestions??

Sol listened to what Viktor said, a tad peeved about that his suggestion to forego a team leader had been completely ignored. Then again, apart from Viktor, the people in his group might not have hunted before, and thus needed to make it all planned. That was fine, he supposed.

"Jack, when we hit the place we'll pop any lights we can to give you the most room to maneuver, because I'll need you for crowd control; there is a good chance that when we crash into there we may miss someone, and I don't want these guy's higher ups to know what happened until we are long gone, so it'll be up to you to nail any runners. There goes any chance of me pretending not to be a human in front of the other monsters.

Even so, Sol just raised his hand, though not waiting for Viktor telling him he could speak, simply speaking, sounding a bit amused.

"Well, first off, thank you for your concern, but I have dealt with cultists before. Some of these people sacrifice children so that they can receive old trinkets or spells, I am very aware of that they don't give a fuck about me being a human." He scratched his stubbles for a brief moment, holding onto the brim of his hat -which he had forgotten to remove, how rude- and took it off, before continuing.

"As for what you want me to do, surely it would be better for me to scout the area out? Me and this... Jack, we could head off in different directions, I've got five minutes of complete invisibility, no magic or senses can find me. While I do prefer saving it for the possible, dashing escape, I'd be fine with entering and leaving like that. Besides, even without that, I'm still rather good at sneaking. If it turns out that the whole place is filled with people, I could always just remove myself from the situation. I could try to take out some people on the way, slitting their throats would of course be preferable."

Looking to Viktor, he continued. "I am sure you've encountered something similar as well, so you should know that they're bound to have some sort of security measures. No one pisses off a school of supernatural creatures without being prepared for any of their places to get hit. Worst case scenario, you stronger guys could pop in and rescue us, which your plan lacks. A plan b, if you prefer it like that, if the three strongest people get caught, there's little possibility that me and... Jack, right? There's little chance of us rescuing you, unless they, for some reason, put you in a cage somewhere with no light and little security. Besides, I don't know if he--"

He pointed at Jack. "Can carry any communication devices while shadowing around, but I could, if someone happens to know something we should know, or even if trouble arises, you'll hear it. In regards to information, it's better for me to try to find it before you guys attack and they burn everything they'd possible have on it in order to make sure they don't let you know anything. Cultists are usually rather dedicated to their leaders, they would burn the temple down if they could get you along with it."

Sierra listened to Viktor and Sol's thoughts on how they should go about dealing with these Demigrian cultists. Viktors plan sounded good, but Sol raised a couple good points, especially the point about then torching the place just to get them if they needed to.

"Sol has a point. These guys will likely torch the place, I doubt it'd mean much to us, in terms of 'life threatening danger' given the group here, but it would lose us the intel we're hoping exists." Sierra said, thinking a moment. "I do like Sol's idea of going in and scouting the place with Jack, maybe taking out a few key targets here and there before we move in to basically purge the place."

She turned to Jack. "Can you hold on to things while your shadowing around?"

"As for team leads, Juliet will be the lead of her squad, Viktor, your in charge of your team. Any-other questions?"

Excellent. Juliet couldn't help but smile, she'd intended to take charge to some extent regardless but it being official did make things easier. If she was an effective leader they would trust and rely on her, which would be especially helpful for some sorts like Tomas. She listened to the others discussing their plan for assaulting the temple, mentally noting that she was glad she hadn't received that assignment, direct confrontation could be so tiresome after all.

"Alright then, I propose that myself and Tomas take the lead," she said "I can probably talk our way past anyone who interferes, and if not then Tomas is there for intimidation. Will and Mirabelle can take up the rear, keep an eye out for anyone sneaking up on us. We will adapt as needed once we learn where the item they're bound to is."

The plan did assume that their target would not have immediately hostile guards around them, but given that they were in a national garden she found that unlikely. Though I doubt we'll make it through the whole mission without running into a fight.

Will and Mirabelle can take up the rear, keep an eye out for anyone sneaking up on us. We will adapt as needed once we learn where the item they're bound to is.

Mirabelle thought about this plan for a moment. It seemed fine for movement at the moment but she did have problems with it when it came to combat. As far as she could tell, Juliet and Tomas were the most magically laden people in their group so having them take charge into a place where Regalia may be lurking about seemed risky to her, even if said two couldn't actually use magic. Still, Juliet was in charge so if she wanted to go about there mission in the way she described then she would shut up and...

'No.', she thought to herself. Last time she stayed quiet and stood back, Alicia and Ohka ended up leaving. She was not having that again...besides, as far as she knew, she was the only one to have personally seen what Regalia's weapons can do. If she didn't step up and tell them it could end horribly, and she was NOT about to let that happen again.

"Um...", she started, getting her thoughts in order, "...that sounds alright and all...but isn't that a bit too risky, having the most magically laden people up front? After all, if they suspect that we're from Gato, i don't think they'll take the time to talk to us. Maybe me and Will should be in front, being the less magically inclined and thus more likely to survive a shot from their new weapons. Speaking of which..."

Mirabelle stopped talking and rushed into her room for a moment. She returned a moment later with a grey metal vest, wobbling and nearly flattening just from Mira's movement. Returning to the group, she said, "Here Will, wear this under your clothes. I would give it to Juliet but she doesn't wear enough clothing to hide it properly, besides it wouldn't fit her body type, and it would hinder Tomas's wings if he decided to change into his dragon form. Either way, no matter what plan we go with, i think it would help you the most. I didn't mean to test it this early, it's more of a proof of concept, but it should provide some protection from their bullets. Anyways, it's flexible and bendable enough that it should bend with your clothes, making it seem like your not wearing any armor while hardening on impact to protect you from serious damage."

Turning back to Juliet she said, "Um...yeah, anyways, that's just my thought on the matter. I figured i should share since as far as i know, i'm the only one in this team to have personally seen what they and their weapons can do. Sorry if my suggestion or that last sentence came off as pretentious or anything..."

Both William and Tomas watch as Seth and the new guy came walking into the room. Introducing himself as Lenah's replacement for now until she can recover after her little sparing match. William was surprise she got hurt so badly, while Tomas just shrugged it off. William hoping that she recovers soon, as Tomas hope she at least learn not to go so hard during a sparing match. Tomas never like it when people take sparing matches so serious and injured someone or themselves.

Both of them looking over Sol as they wonder who he was to Lenah and how well he can fight. Though their thoughts were quickly pulled from them as Seth went over the mission that was up coming. Listening to it as they each have their thoughts. Tomas disappointed that he was with the recovering force, but orders were orders. William was glad that he was in the recovering mission. They wouldn't be in danger as much as the main attacking force.

William

As William listen to Juliet plan at first, sort of liking the idea of her and Tomas taking the front to do with the talking. He doubt he would be much use until the actually fighting started, if that does happen. He was about to speak up but Mira beat him to it. Listen to her idea first as she wanted herself and him to be upfront, while he was about to object, Mira took off to her room. Before long she was back with what seem like armor she been making.

"Um..I..I'm not sure about this plan Mira..I-I'm not very comfy with t-talking..." he said as he pokes the armor. Wondering what it was made of as he felt it flexing a bit. He sort of like this armor since they will be dealing with people with anti-magic bullets. Maybe later he could learn how to copy this for his own transformation ability.

Tomas

While he didn't trust Juliet to save his life, he did like this plan. He and her could watch over the other two incase things go south quickly. While he knew Mira could fight, she might have to watch over William if he fucks up. He would then hear Mira speak up about her own plan.

Listening to it as she wanted William and herself to be upfront to not make it so suspicious. While it was a good idea, he would probably think it would be better if Mira and Juliet were upfront. "I'm sort of with William on this one...I don't think he should be upfront, with his..skittish nature they might think he up to something. Perhaps Juliet should take his place. While he and I watch the back."

Jack

After the whole plan had been laid out, Jack sighed. This half-baked scheme to take down an entire base of operations with just five men, monsters or no, was destined to go wrong in so many ways. Not like he had much of a choice now that he had signed up. Jack listened to Viktor explain the battle plan which was to bum rush the enemy. No scouting, no real plan except to hit them from all sides at night, and he didn?t even account for numbers and power. What if they were stronger than them? What if there numbers were too great? Jack sighs to himself as he just rolls with it. Not like it mattered to him anyways.

That was a plan that sounded like it could actually work. Scout out the enemy forces and determine their numbers and strength. Then plan an attack around that rather than just rushing in blindly. Though the way he said his name was slightly disconcerting.

Jack listens as Sol explains the idea of them being captured and him being able to carry items in his natural form. While the possibility of them being captured existed, he doubted he?d need to rescue them. More like execution as soon as they?re caught. In the end if he did need to rescue them there were far less savory methods of doing so. Jack smirks to himself at the thought of possessing one of the cultists. It was a done deal once he had their body.

"Can you hold on to things while your shadowing around?"

Jack felt a bit peeved at her calling it ?shadowing? around. What he did was far more complicated and sophisticated than that. ?I can carry items. However said item cannot phase through walls like I can.? He says as he stares at the half demon. ?Any of you afraid of a little gore? I assume not but I need to check.?

Viktor listened to everyone as they kicking in their two cents, before he nodded to Solomon. ?You raise some good point Mr. Thorn. I?ll admit, I failed to account for a backup plan; if this was a Clan strike team we?d?ve just punched the place out in a head on assault, in-and-out before the first body stops moving?I?m just not used to working with a multi-species team.? Amulet, huh? So that was how he vanished?good to know.

Mentally chastising himself for such a rookie screw up, he turned his attention to Jack. ?Gore doesn?t trouble me.? He said with a slight smile. ?But if you could snag one of their higher ups, without smearing them on a wall, that would be most helpful. A group like this probably isn?t going to have much of their important stuff on computers or in hard copy; it?ll all be memorized?? Closing his eye for a moment, he worked over some stuff in his head.

?Okay, the three of us will still take up positions here, here and here.? He said, tapping the spot he?d indicated earlier. ?We?ll clear the perimeter and keep watch while Jack and Solomon slip in. You two get in and out as fast as you can, preferably without drawing any attention?I?d prefer them to still be half asleep, tugging on their junk when we hit. Jarrah, Sierra; once they are out, and assuming shit hasn?t hit the fan yet, we move in. Hit hard, fast, kill anything breathing. While we do that, Jack, if you?ve managed to get someone turn them over to Solomon and watch out perimeter. I know that?s a lot of ground for you to cover, but your ?shadow walking? means you should be able to catch any runners. Finally, Solomon?I know Hunters can be ?persuasive? when it comes to getting information, so once Jack hands over his capture, I want you to start squeezing them. If he doesn?t grab anyone, help with the perimeter while we clean up.?

Apparently two of the others agreed with him. Jack and... Sierra, he thought her name was. What was she? One of the half-something?

I'll find out. Or I can ask Seth later.

Asking Seth had the added bonus of teasing the golden-eyed demon until Seth displayed some sort of amusing behaviour.

"You raise some good point Mr. Thorn. I'll admit, I failed to account for a backup plan; if this was a Clan strike team we'd've just punched the place out in a head on assault, in-and-out before the first body stops moving...I'm just not used to working with a multi-species team."

"Neither am I," Sol replied, and smiled, a bit mockingly, though not with ill intent.

"Or really, I'm not used to work with any team. I've helped a few hunters with their hunts, but even then I prefer to do my own thing. The thing is, you see, when you're a human facing something a lot stronger than you, you're either smart from the start, you get smart, or you die. It's like you're a baby bird, if you fuck up one time too much, you're dead. I've simply almost died enough times to understand how to not let it happen for real. When you're leading a bunch of tough-as-fuck vampires with neat super-powers, I understand that such a thing might not be an issue."

"Any of you afraid of a little gore? I assume not but I need to check."

His attention was drawn to the shadow being. What an odd question to ask. Then again, Jack seemed to be an unusual creature -unusual enough for Sol never to have encountered one, at least- perhaps he had a thing for getting guts all over the place.

"I'm fine with gore, no issue," Sol replied, though then he added, as a second thought; "Well, as long as it's not my gore, that is. I do like to keep my insides... well, inside."

With that, he listened to Viktor's new, revised plan, which was basically Sol's plan, with Viktor throwing in additions to make it sound like his plan. Sol couldn't exactly complain, though, the vampire was taking suggestions, and had listened to him. That was a lot more than some of the older hunters were willing to do, you were simply a child in their eyes. Five years of not dying was somewhat of a big deal, yet Sol still had the same spot on the kiddie table.

And I'll be there till the most leathery-faced ones dies, I believe.

While Sol was definitely listening to Viktor, he also let his eyes wander across the room, examining it. A fairly nice place for a meeting space, it was also part of a dorm, right? How nice. Sol had never been to college, or even high school. He glanced at Seth, and when their eyes met he winked, playfully, before he looked back at Viktor, who had just finished telling people what they would do. While Sol could agree with the rest, there was that last, somewhat troubling part.

" .... Finally, Solomon...I know Hunters can be 'persuasive' when it comes to getting information, so once Jack hands over his capture, I want you to start squeezing them. If he doesn't grab anyone, help with the perimeter while we clean up."

"So, you want me to torture some guy?" Sol asked, eyebrows raised in surprise. "I could, I suppose. That's not really where I normally put my charisma points, I tend to go for the... you know, nice and humane solutions, rather than the "smacking someone around till they talk, wishing for me to be merciful and ending the pain" one, so I would prefer to try that first. But sure, if you want me to get the info, I'll do my best to get it. Just don't expect to hear tortured screams the first like, five minutes."

While, to Jarrah, this whole process before was completely foreign (and subsequently, meant the Yowie elected to keep his mouth shut), he was glad that he wasn't the only one that felt Viktor's left a bit to be desired.

Luckily, the rest of the team seemed less reserved in sharing their thoughts on the plan, thoughts that, from the sound of it, did a lot more good being spoken then rattling around inside the brain, like Jarrah's were. Unlike the thoughts that had now been thrown into the open by his teammates, Jarrah's thoughts were concentrated more towards their newest arrival, currently sitting across from him. Jarrah wasn't shy to admit that one of his finer qualities was the virtue of being, in his best mate Tim's words, 'a curious bastard', and right now that curiosity was focused on Solomon.

While Jarrah had a pretty good idea what Viktor had meant when he called Solomon a 'Hunter', the casual mention that he was a human came out of left field. Sure, he probably wasn't the only human at Gato, but it was still a surprise, especially seeing as he'd been placed on a team that would be dealing with hostile, supernatural beings with little more power than the ability to turn invisible for a few minutes. Still, if he'd been placed on a team that would be dealing with hostile, supernatural beings with little more power than the ability to turn invisible for a few minutes, he had to be able to handle himself, which gave Jarrah some measure of relief.

Victor's deep voice snapped Jarrah out of thoughts, and he paid attention as the vampire went over the revised version of the plan.

"Okay, the three of us will still take up positions here, here and here. We'll clear the perimeter and keep watch while Jack and Solomon slip in. You two get in and out as fast as you can, preferably without drawing any attention...I'd prefer them to still be half asleep, tugging on their junk when we hit. "Sounds like a plan, Stan." Jarrah said, leaning in closer to get a good look at the diagram of the temple.

"Um..I..I'm not sure about this plan Mira..I-I'm not very comfy with t-talking..."

"I'm sort of with William on this one...I don't think he should be upfront, with his..skittish nature they might think he up to something. Perhaps Juliet should take his place. While he and I watch the back."

Mirabelle was surprised by the amount of rejection to Will being up front...still, she could see where they were coming from. She had only been focused on the physical, protectorial aspect of the plan, not the social, and while she didn't think that they would have to do that much talking, she couldn't actually prove that. She stumbled on her own tounge (figuratively) for a moment before she found her response. "Well...um...I'm...not all that comfortable talking with others that i don't know either, but i don't think we will have to do that much of it...still, if you're more comfortable that way, then i guess we should go with your variation, Tomas. That is...if Juliet approves, of course."

She still felt nervous about having Juliet up in the front, but there didn't seem to be any way of avoiding that now. At least she would be able to cover and protect her though, if she was right and the bullets started flying...and, she admitted to herself, it gave her a bit of relief to have Juliet next to her in case she was wrong.

She listened to the reception to her plan for a bit, smiling confidently all the while. Plans typically saw adjustment before they were put into practice so she wasn't concerned about criticism, besides she didn't know much about the weapons Mira was concerned with so that point in particular got her thinking. Wouldn't be good to get injured, I'd heal certainly but it'd put me out of commission for a while.

"Of course," she said after Mira spoke "it was only a proposal, the change sounds like a very good idea considering what we might be up against."

She supposed that made Tomas the second in command, since he would be at the back with Will who certainly wasn't about to take charge. Then again who else would it be? Mirabelle doesn't seem like the type to take command either.

Jack

After listening to the vampire somewhat apologizing for his rather poor plan in Jack?s opinion, he merely nodded towards him. He then turned towards Sol as he began saying.

Jack had a certain level of respect for Sol even though he was a human. He was tough and relied on his own intelligence rather than the raw strength monsters had to take down his targets. Though he still didn?t trust the hunter near him alone.

"But if you could snag one of their higher ups, without smearing them on a wall, that would be most helpful. A group like this probably isn't going to have much of their important stuff on computers or in hard copy; it'll all be memorized..."

?Memorizing it won?t help them.? Jack says as a smile spreads across his face. ?I can sift through their heads while I have control of their bodies. Though depending on how recent and how secret they kept a memory can lengthen the time it takes to access it. The most I?ve ever taken for such memories is a few days.?

Jack, if you've managed to get someone turn them over to Solomon and watch out perimeter. I know that's a lot of ground for you to cover, but your 'shadow walking' means you should be able to catch any runners.

If? Did he really just say if to him? Jack would get one. There was no ?if.? He slightly huffs as he thinks it over. He was just checking all his bases. There was never a hundred percent guarantee. ?As you say.? Jack responds as he zones out. Letting the others fill up the rest of the conversation.

"Sounds much better then the first plan." Sierra said looking over where she and the others where to wait while Sol and Jack swept the place. Then the thought accrued to her. "Whats the plan for 'sudden demonic incursion'? They've tried to bring in a demon before, so there's a pretty good chance they'd have one or two around."

"So, you want me to torture some guy? I could, I suppose.

?Torture?? Viktor replied. ?Never said anything about torture. I figured you could try and charm the poor sod, I mean hell, as a kid you tried to charm you way out of getting eaten?wasn?t going to work, but you still had the balls to try; and as embarrassing as it is to admit, it did distract me long enough for you to get clear.?

?Save yourself the effort.? He said, looking to Jack. ?If Mr. Thorn can?t get them to open up, I?ll just turn them into a thrall; they?ll have no choice but to talk then??

"What?s the plan for 'sudden demonic incursion'? They've tried to bring in a demon before, so there's a pretty good chance they'd have one or two around."

?If they?re summoning on, kill the summoners; if they?ve already summoned one before we can stop them?? Viktor reached under his arm and patted the grip of his gun. ?I?ll hit it with this. A couple of loads of consecrated iron or blessed sliver will take the fight out most demons, leaving it open for you to finish them. If it?s strong enough that a few loads of holy metal don?t affect it, then we need to get the fuck out. If that?s the case, I can get the number to the local Iscariot detachment, they have the really big guns, thought we?d need to be long gone before they got on site.?

Sierra quirked an eye brow when Viktor said they should leave if something is there that can take more then a hit or two from his 'anti-demon' gun, and call in the Iscariot. "That is not a good enough plan, that last thing we need are those lunatics snooping around" She said, sounding more disappointed then anything else. She might not like Viktor, but she figured he'd have a better plan for then then 'run away' if they ran into any credible demonic threats. "IF we run into such a demon, I'LL deal with it. I finally figured out how to go to Limbo and back so I can just drag it there and splatter it, or strand it if its of the 'big and stupid, but tanky' verity." Sierra said, very clearly not wanting to get any other groups involved, especially not one that would likely love nothing more then to glass the school and every one in it, human or not.

"Jikes, let's not do that then," Sol replied, mentally making a note of that he was not going to accept any sort of deal where he had to room with Jack. Viktor was actually a more tempting guy to room with at this point, and Sol wasn't completely sure good ol' Vicky wasn't going to finish the job from before.

"Torture? Never said anything about torture. I figured you could try and charm the poor sod, I mean hell, as a kid you tried to charm you way out of getting eaten...wasn't going to work, but you still had the balls to try; and as embarrassing as it is to admit, it did distract me long enough for you to get clear."

"Ah, good to know we're on the same page, then," Sol grinned, leaning back in the chair. "I mean, I'll easily admit that a lot of hunters prefer torture over being nice, which is why I assumed that was what you meant. Not me, though, I prefer using my rougish charm and wit to get them to talk."

"I'll hit it with this. A couple of loads of consecrated iron or blessed sliver will take the fight out most demons, leaving it open for you to finish them. Sol didn't comment on what Viktor or Sierra said at first, only considered it in his mind. While he did have his dagger, which contained, among other things, blessed silver, he wasn't eager to fight a demon unless he had to. Especially not if it was the kind that laughed from holy water. Not to mention, he also had some silver bullets, but they were expensive, and difficult to obtain.

Besides, I don't want to tell anyone here what makes the dagger so useful either.

Just in case, of course.

"Got it," he replied to the two of them. "So I bring some bullets with me in case I get attacked, then get out of the way so that Sierra could deal with them? I have a couple of them blessed, but..." he started rummaging through the suitcase at his feet, looking through a small box.

5. I knew I was running out of these bastards.

"The blessed silver bullets are difficult to obtain, you need someone high up. If you have a source, I'd love to hear of it, as I do happen to be running low at the moment. I could, technically, create some of the lesser ones myself, all it'd take is for me to bless a silver cross or something similar, but then they'd have to get melted into bullets, and I have no idea how to do that. Not to mention, the blessing itself takes days. I'm not a priest, not officially, but hunters that's connected to the catholic church tend to be a special case. A new hunter usually applies for a--," he started explaining, though he suspected monsters wouldn't care much for the details of how blessing worked, and thus stopped.

Putting the bullets back, he then continued on a different trail.

"Well, anyways, limbo sounds good, if I do happen upon one of these demons, I'll do as much as I need to do to survive, then leave them to you. I do think that we've got ourselves a decent plan, so unless there's anything else we should discuss..." he trailed off, letting the others fill out the blanks. If nothing else, they'd be able to do something else, or talk about something completely different.
