Vrylian fell, Viktor landed the killing blow and soon the gigantic demon lay dead. It might take some digging to get at this one's heart but the prize would be well worth it. Before she could make a move to that effect a new arrival interrupted the groups victory.

"What makes you think you lot are going anywhere?"

Lucifer himself. Well shit. She weighed her options carefully, surrendering and joining Lucifer was an option, but she doubted that if she did so the rest of the group would let her survive the battle. Even if she did there was no certainty Lucifer would spare her, traitors were rarely received well even here in the demon realms. Her other option seemed equally bad though, Lucifer was said to be immensely powerful, although there was the faint hope that he was still weakened by his recent revival. Then again we aren't at our top strength right now either. She glanced over her allies, they had just been through a difficult battle.

She supposed there was one other choice, namely escape. At least some of the others, Viktor no doubt, would attempt to fight Lucifer no matter how hopeless which could provide a sufficient distraction. She wasn't sure where to flee to but it seemed the most survivable option.

Finally there was the option of attempting to talk there way out, which seemed laughable at best. Perhaps we'd stand more of a chance if I claimed the Vrylian's heart... It seemed doubtful but she'd certainly be stronger, if she even had time to dig it out and consume it.

She inched back towards its body, trying to estimate how long it would take her to reach the heart. If she could tear open a wound perhaps she could become a snake and try to burrow deeper like that. Certainly not the most pleasant route but quite possibly the fastest.

"Anyone have a plan?" she said.

Lucifer gave Viktor a quizzical look as Viktor came at him with an axe, blocking the initial strike with his bare forearm and leaving not even so much as a scuff mark for the effort, he was going to ask what he meant by 'daddy' but then he got this 'ah ha' look, and started to chuckle. "You actually believe that load of horse shit cooked up by that hypocrite Michael? Really?" He swatted Viktor away like an annoying bug "That story about my 'rebellion against God', is a lie, one of many cooked up by Micheal to control Humans and use them as his own personal army against what you, incorrectly call 'demon kind'" he said, mocking Viktor in return. "Isn't that right, 'brother'. Tell, me, you still his thrall, or have you finally grown a spine." Lucifer said, now looking right at Daniel.

While Lucifer was distracted with mocking Viktor, and questioning Daniel, Karis was busy thinking. They couldn't fight him, even at their best the gap them and Lucifer was to wide. Then Mirabelle came over to check on him, given how he was missing an arm and had been rag dolled twice in a short time, it was understandable. "Got anything in your bag of tricks that could work as a decent distraction?" Karis asked as he pushed himself up. "Cause we're gonna need it." Karis took a deep breath, turned the bow into a sword, and lunged at Lucifer, using his charge to cover a fresh attack from Viktor and catch the fallen angel in a pincer attack, an attack that was simply swatted away, and both Karis and Viktor where once again sent flying, then, the stopped mid air, and where pulled over to the one who spared then the rather brutal impact, what looked to be a fairy, only the size of a human, in long robes with eyes that where constantly changing colors.

Then out of nowhere, a massive suit of what was clearly some kind of super advanced power armor, whos general design was a kin to that of a dragon, just 'appeared' and sucker punched Lucifer into a wall with enough force to shake the room. "I shall require a moment my lord, the Earthlings are in rougher shape then anticipated, transport will require more care then normal." the fairy said with a voice that sounded like a small group speaking as one.

"Then the plan remains unchanged." the one in the Power Armor said, it was male, and sounded like it was talking through some sort of com system. Lucifer pulled him self off the wall. "And just who are you supposed to be?" "I am Ansoth, Emperor of the Southern realms, behind me, is my second in command, Versammlung der Hexen, fear not, Rozalin and Riviera will be here shortly, they are delayed only to allow the Earthlings time to extract."

"If you think that toy will stop me, your fooling your self 'boy'."

"You actually believe that load of horse shit cooked up by that hypocrite Michel? Really?" Lucifer said with a chuckle as he swatted Viktor's attack away. Well at least he hadn't lost his sense of humour. "That story about my 'Rebellion against God', is a lie, one of many cooked up by Michael to control Humans and use them as his own personal army against what you, incorrectly call 'demon kind'."

"Isn't that right, 'brother'? Tell, me, you still his thrall, or have you finally grown a spine?" That question lead him to recall the events that had transpired; oh the mistakes he had made, the choices he had decided, they seemed to make sense at the time, but now, not so much. In truth hindsight was a ***** as it always was. He largely remained oblivious to the fight whilst putting his thoughts in order.

"I am Ansoth, Emperor of the Southern realms, behind me, is my second in command, Versammlung der Hexen, fear not, Rozalin and Riviera will be here shortly, they are delayed only to allow the Earthlings time to extract." Spoke a voice that sounded as if it was coming from a radio.

"If you think that toy will stop me, your fooling your self 'boy'."

"No more."

"Too long did I stay my hand. No more. For too long did I cover up his lies. No more. No more. Today, today I fight for a different cause." Daniel said in a clear, but loud voice, one that called for attention. A voice he hadn't used in a long time, perhaps if he had used it sooner, things would have been different.

Sol couldn't do anything but try to sit there, prepared, hoping that back-up would appear before Lucifer got the chance to rip them apart. Viktor decided that acting was a better idea, and tried and failed to attack the demon. That was disheartening, though also unsurprising. There was a reason they were supposed to have gotten out, why they weren't the ones facing him.

"Anyone have a plan?"

"Nope," Sol replied. Part of him had given up, trying to resist was likely useless, while the other part of him couldn't quite keep up with how much danger they were in. Sol had been in dangerous situations before, but this was really something. He smirked to himself.

This is so unreal it is actually sort of funny.

All he could do was wait, and hope. No escaping the reality of that he was powerless. Powerless and small. He bit his lip, and felt at his pocket. There was one more thing he could do, though it was more for his own comfort than for any other reason. He could pray to God and hope that this would end up well. He didn't remove the rosary from his pocket, simply went through the prayers in his mind, and repeated them. There was something in the background, Lucifer going on about his rebellion against God being a lie, but Sol ignored it. It was the first time he had actually had to "resist the influence of Satan", and the irony amused him. Still, he tried to ignore the situation around him. He didn't exactly want to look at Viktor getting murdered either, and added a prayer for the vampire as he went on.

However, he stopped the prayer as a robot dragon entered the room, punching Lucifer and causing the room to shake. Baffled, Sol just stared at it.

What. Even.

Even more surprising, there was a demon inside the robot.

So. A demon in a dragon robot just sucker-punched Satan. Huh. That's... something. I assume this is what I was missing out on when I rejected drugs as a kid.

"I am Ansoth, Emperor of the Southern realms, behind me, is my second in command, Versammlung der Hexen, fear not, Rozalin and Riviera will be here shortly, they are delayed only to allow the Earthlings time to extract."

Could they be more dramatic?

Sol thought to himself, looking at the situation at hand. Once the initial shock had worn off -or rather, the second initial shock- he felt the temptation of chuckling at the whole thing. Long titles, robots, the speeches and the timing. Not to mention, the dick-waving and the taunting. It all seemed like a play to him, something unreal and made up. A comedy or some sort of drama.

That's politics, I guess. I suppose they're strong enough to do as they like.

It was as if he was not even there, simply another onlooker. In some odd way, it made him feel safer, because at least he was a less likely target now.

We still need to get the hell out of here.

He assumed it would happen soon. Well, unless the others were too baffled to act, it wouldn't come as a surprise.

"Too long did I stay my hand. No more. For too long did I cover up his lies. No more. No more. Today, today I fight for a different cause."

Sol raised an eyebrow.

What was that about?

He hadn't talked that much with the man, and he felt as if Daniel too were playing along now. Why or how, he had no idea, but the strange voice was a clue of that everything wasn't as it looked.

Probably more dick-waving. Or it could have some substance, I honestly don't know what he's talking about.

Besides, Sol didn't care enough to give it a thought. If the powerful guys wanted to show off and talk about things unrelated to him, then Sol was entitled to not give a fuck. He just motioned towards the others, wondering if they were going to take the chance to get away.

After getting smacked about by Lucifer, and then pushed aside, Viktor spat blood and a few teeth on the ground. ?Shat de besht you got?? He slurred as his injuries healed. ?Been shlapped about harder in de bedr?m.?

Lucifer was saying something, but he wasn?t listening. The longer he could keep Luci talking and/or dealing with him, the more time he could buy their back up and the lesser the chance of Luci turning his attention to someone less ?durable? than Viktor.

However before he could do anything more, the ?back-up? arrived, negating his need to do anything further. While the demons postured at each other, he made his way over to the others.

"Too long did I stay my hand. No more. For too long did I cover up his lies. No more. No more. Today, today I fight for a different cause."

A new voice caught his ear, and looking about, he realized it was Daniel. I guess he got tired of hiding? This was rapidly becoming a fight well beyond his paygrade, so trotting up to the group, he took a knee between Solomon and Tomas. ?Right, let?s get the fuck out of here before there?s cross fire to be caught in.? Without any further warning he positioned himself under both Tomas? and Solomon?s left and right arms respectively, and lifted the two men with ease. ?Mirabelle grab William, we need to go.? With that he began putting distance between them and the soon to be shit show.

Juliet was as surprised, if not more so, than the rest of them when Ansoth came crashing in in some overdesigned suit of armor. She snapped out of it quickly though, this was the perfect distraction. This will be messy.

She tore into Vrylian's corpse with her claws until an opening was made wide enough and then she took a deep breath and dove into it, transforming into a small viper. The blood vessels and arteries of the Vrylian were massive enough to allow passage, given its own enormous size, but swimming through demon blood was hardly pleasant. I'm sure Viktor would enjoy this.

She tore her way deeper, occasionally tearing open a new path with her fangs until she found it. Her form grew larger, shifting from a tiny wriggling viper into a python that might rival an anaconda, jaw unhinging she tore into the massive heart. The dark blood cloyed at her senses but the flesh of the heart pulsated with dark energies in rhythm to her own heartbeat and tingled with electricity. In moments she had consumed it, largely whole, though its mass vanished within her as its energies began to echo through her blood.

This was nothing like what consuming Val Ruk's heart had been like, indeed it was far more painful. Her body was wracked by electricity coursing through her, forcing her back into her true demonic form. Her skin felt as though it were being torn off, jagged metal bursting through it only to recede and burst forth again through newly grown flesh. Her fists clenched tight, claws biting into her own palms as she fought for mastery of herself. Her blood felt not like ichor this time, but rather molten steel, a furnace burned within her and threatened to consume her utterly. Mine. She thought, a command and an affirmation to herself and her power, this strength was hers to take and command she would not be broken by it. Finally the storm broke, the lightning calmed and the burning ended, only to be replaced with another sort. Air, she had lost her breath in the struggle.

Clawing and tearing with again renewed strength she burst free of the corpse, naked save for the demonic blood that caked her like mud. Again only mere moments had passed and yet she felt reborn.

Hexen snicker as Juliet burst out of Vyrlian's corpse, then grabbed her and pulled her over to her and the others with a form of telekinesis. "Aren't you an opportunistic one." the fairy snarked and set her down next to William before pulling Daniel over as well, commenting that it was a lovely sentiment but they where leaving. Hexen took a look around, just to make sure the whole group was accounted for and then finished the group teleportation spell.

A moment later the group had been teleported to the base camp in the demon realm they where going to be extracted to originally. Medical staff came over to take the group over to the medical station to have them checked out and cleaned up, while Hexen her self teleported away, presumably back to help Ansoth, and apparently the Queens had left as they arrived as well, so the matter would be, presumably, resolved soon.

In the mean time the group could rest and recover while those that needed medical attention where getting it.

Viktor blinked his eye and shook his head a few times. He muttered; it always made his vision blur for a bit. Lowering Tomas and Solomon onto some waiting cots, before dropping himself into vacant chair. All that demon blood he consumed was starting to run its course, and he was beginning to feel a bit tired.

Looking about the surprisingly ?human? med. station, he finally noticed the naked and blood soaked Juliet?and realized the heavy smell of Vyrlian?s blood he was getting wasn?t just from his own clothes. Clever girl? He thought, though his amusement was soured by the realization that if she really had done what he was thinking she had, she would be a definite challenge to deal with now?assuming she became a ?problem?.

In a moment, before Tomas or will could react to the newcomers, or to Daniel little outburst, they were gone. Appearing in the medward of the campsite.

Tomas

Tomas was looking over at Viktor and Sol as he nods at Vik. "Thanks..I think I can get to a bed and rest from here." Tomas said as he felt himself being helped over the medical staff. Thinking he felt one of them grab his ass while he was being trasport over but he wasn't going to say anything to a bunch of demons who could make things much worst.

Wondering how much he hurt himself from that divebomb and rolling on the floor a bit. Grunting as he knew he had at least a concussion at least. Though he would need to ask, and hopefully, get a answer of why he couldn't change back to his full human form yet.

William

William looked around to where they were transported to. Confused at what happen, but that soon went away as he saw Juliet standing beside him fully nude beside the blood covering her. His face turning beat red as he could swore he was having a nose bleed. "J-J-Juliet! What happen to your clothes?!?!"

Trying not to stare at her though it was hard not too while trying to talk to her. "Y-you're not h-hurt are you?!" He ask in a worried state as he didn't know she went into the large demon as he was busy looking over Tomas and freaking out about Lucy.

Between simply staring at whatever the fuck Juliet was doing -she done something similar earlier too- and being grabbed and taken away from Vik, Sol just hoped this meant they were getting out of there. In one way, they were. The... uhm, person with eyes that shifted between different colors decided to teleport them out of there. Sol felt relieved as he saw the area around him shift, only lose that enthusiasm when he realized that they hadn't left hell.

He wriggled his way out of Vik's grasp the moment he could. He then rolled off the cot, muttering a polite "thank you" as he did, and scowled at the view around him as he stood up. Sol had done what he was supposed to, allowing him to rest would be the least of courtesies he should have been offered. Instead he was brought to what felt like just another place on the battle-field, and medical staff swarming them. Raising his hand, he held his palm out flat, rejecting whatever they were offering.

"Uh. No thank you. Nothing's wrong with me."

With that, he started walking towards somewhere he could be alone, though that walk became a limp as he realized his side hadn't dealt with the ordeal quite as well as he had thought, regardless of the barrier spells. He wondered if it was simply the shock that had kept him from feeling it, or if getting teleported somehow had made it worse. It was mostly a sore feeling alongside his right leg, but it stung as if he was being stabbed when he tried to put weight on it, and he forced himself to walk as straight as possible so that no one would be tipped off and bring him back to the medical tent.

It should be fine. I'll just have a look at it later. Couldn't we at least have been brought to the portal, though? I don't want to stay here more than I have to.

What did they expect him to do? Sit still and wait while the air around him was just waiting for him to remove his amulet so that it could slowly suffocate him?

If that even was what it was supposed to do. All I know is that this is bad news, and I don't like it.

He supposed they had been saved, at least. Saved by someone more interested in showing off than actually considering their presence, but still. It was far too difficult for their abilities and power, and it made him a little sour that he couldn't relax yet.

I'm going to have to renegotiate with Seth, though. I'm not risking my life in a place like this without some serious adjustment to my rewards. Especially if they are going to keep being this unprepared.

He shifted more of his weight over at his left foot, as standing evenly was getting unbearable.

This hurts like a *****. Dammit.

Soon he'd be back home, in the human realm. Then he'd allow himself to collapse.

Mirabelle...wasn't sure what the help was happening anymore. Apparently Lucifer and Daniel knew each other, another powerful(?) demon showed up and started showing off, and a fairy took them someplace in an instant, all before she could get to Karis. Still, they were out of imediate danger so she loosened up a bit and looked around. Juliet seemed to be...well, naked as well as unsanitary right now. WI'll had taken notice and seemed to be equal parts concerned and embarassed, while Viktor and Sol just seemed tired. And Tomas...well, She figured that she should check in on him after he was checked over by the demon doctors...most likely after something else went wrong...probably something Juliet related.

In the meantime shd decided to sit down as well, placing the hammer in her lap, the concern and nervousness of what they had just been through having worn her down mentally. Of course, it may have worn down a few of her parts physically but she couldn't feel that. Looking down at the thing, Mira couldn't help but start messing with it, bending it and changing it's shape. She didn't like blades. She found that it was toI hard to gauge how much force to put behind the swings...but the hammer? That have good feedback even with her lack of feeling and it made the next swing easier to gauge. Unfortunately, the one she had currently seemed to...malleable for her. She wanted something consistent for herself, one that she could decide the proprtions of and maybe even integrate a few alchemy tricks into...

And with that, even with her mind tired, she couldn't help but begin designing mental blueprints for a better weapon.

"Y-you're not h-hurt are you?!"

"It's not my blood," she said, "I'm fine, couldn't keep my clothes when I shapeshifted though, and they were a bit damaged before that anyways."

She realized Will was blushing, apparently even being covered in demon blood wasn't damaging to her sex appeal. She suppose that might be something to be proud of, but then again Will would no doubt blush at anything suggesting nudity.

"I decided to take the Vrylian's power, I figured we might need any edge we could get with Lucy right there," she said "It was a bit messy."

Glancing around she supposed she would have to resign herself to getting toweled off, no doubt she wouldn't be able to get properly clean until they made it back out of the demon realms. Why couldn't our base occupy a demon bathhouse? After getting clean finding clothing would be a concern, though a bit of a secondary one. She held one hand up, turning it in front of her eyes, a brief moment of concentration, clenching her hand into a fist and she felt the Vrylian's power, no her power, flowing beneath the skin. Her skin shifted for a second, armored scales emerging as she focused and then receding as she relaxed her concentration. She wondered what other abilities she might have developed, she suspected she could emit lightning now as the Vrylian had done, and could tell she had added vultures to the forms she could adopt or borrow traits from though she doubted that was the only power she'd gained from Ruk. Beyond that she knew she was physically stronger now and perhaps some of her original abilities were stronger.

These thoughts were interrupted by a pang of hunger, she had expended a great deal of energy during the fights and while consuming the powers of Ruk and Vrylian had given her new surges of strength she knew she would need to feed again relatively soon. I doubt I'll have much opportunity here, might be stuck being hungry until we get back, hopefully not long now.

She turned back to Will "I need a shower, though there probably isn't much chance of that here I suppose," she said, "how are you holding up? Thing's got pretty rough back there but it looks like you made it through just fine."

As Daniel could feel being teleported away he gave Lucifer a solemn look, one that read; 'If only things had been different.'

On their arrival back at the base camp, everyone was checked over by medical staff, with the team in varying states; compared to Karis actually losing his entire left arm, Daniel only suffered a few cuts and scrapes, some of which he sustained whilst climbing up Vyrlian, they'd be relatively simple to treat and shouldn't impact his performance too much. Daniel wondered how Karis would cope with out an arm, or whether or not the medics would try something to restore it.

After he had been seen too, Daniel sat a short distance from the medical tent, but still within the sight of everyone else, waiting for an inevitable question to be asked. He had wondered how he would answer it when confronted by this lot, although he had already stated his Angelic nature to Viktor a while back, he hadn't given the full story; hell, not even the Order knew the whole story, though he had hinted it towards them shortly after his exile began.

William was relief to hear that Juliet was fine. Slightly still embarrassed about her current form as he try not to stare at her. Nodding about how she got her new found powers, and how she got covered in blood. When she asked about him, he smile slightly. "Oh..I-I'm fine. Did get in a bit of..trouble back there but..I was able to handle-" he stop as he fully release that she was covered from head to toe in someone elses blood. He went from a reddish color to a slightly green one. Holding his mouth with his right hand as he went off somewhere to puke.

Today just finally hitting him at what they done, what he done, and how messed up it truely was. Off somewhere, William was puking his guts out while mumbling "i'm fine..." to any nurses, or by passers who asked if he was alright. Before starting up again.

Sol couldn't help but pity William as he saw the guy throw up. Apparently Juliet being covered in blood was too much for him. He wondered if he should have reacted in a similar way, but he thought it was more disgusting than sickening. Full of sticky blood, he had been in that situation more than once. Still, it wasn't his business, and he hadn't managed to get close to William the way Vik had, so he assumed the vampire would deal with it. Besides, he was tired and not in the best of moods, so he wouldn't do much good with a fake smile and a false reassuring tone.

Isn't that a callous thought. Let someone else deal with it, huh, Sol? What happened to being friendly?

He scolded himself in his mind. Almost as if he wanted to defend himself, he replied.

I'm spending all of my energy just pretending I'm fine. It's too tiring to try to cheer someone else up, especially when you feel shitty.

Sighing, he started looking for his phone. Perhaps the demon realm was messing with it -he doubted he could call anyone at least- but he could still use it to see what time it was. instead, he felt his hip flask on the inside of his coat, and rubbed his neck.

"I shouldn't, not when it's like this," he thought. However, his aching leg made him reconsider. Besides, he didn't have to be happy, he just didn't need to use it to escape his emotions. Which he was sure he wasn't, he was just trying to feel a little better. Even better, have something to do while he waited till they were getting out of the demon realm. "Well, I'm not sad or angry, I'm just... tired. Yeah. I need something to soothe the pain and calm my nerves."

Putting it to his lips, he felt the liquid run into his mouth. It was strong, a little too strong to his tastes, though the taste was very easy to recognize.

Ugh, when did I fill this with that really strong vodka? What was I thinking?

He asked himself, as he slowly, sip by sip, emptied the small container. Soon enough, he'd feel the effects. That, and the familiar warmth that seemed to make waiting for the time to pass so much easier.

With ever one checked out, and found to be mostly fine, or least well enough for travel, the group was escorted to where the other team was located. Daughtry's team looked pretty beat up as well, with one in a wheel chair and a couple on crutches, but other wise seemed ok.

Shortly after that, Karis, bandaged up, still missing an arm and arguing with a doctor, joined them. His armor was gone and he was instead in plain pants and a coat with no shirt, indicating he 'checked him self out', with no intent of waiting for what ever they had planned to fix his arm.

Form there both groups where lead to another teleporter, this one an object to to the work and notta person, and from there to a Gate to send them through and home. On the other side of the Gate was some Gungnir staff, Seth, Daughtry and Sierra, who was looking much better, included as well as some medics, waiting to welcome them back and ferry them back to the school, for some what would likely be some much needed rest.

The trip back to the school was fairly quick, having been dropped off much closer then they probably figured, and once back at the school the post mission debriefing was skipped and instead both teams where told to just get some rest, or where taken to see the doctors for those who needed a bit more medical attention still. Other wise the two teams where left alone to decompress after what was clearly a difficult mission given just the state of the teams.

Karis and Seth left together, walking toward a bar and already starting in on 'good old days' story's while Sierra stayed behind to see what the others wanted to do.

Juliet had to keep herself from chuckling at Will's reaction, apparently it had only just then caught up to him that she was in fact covered in blood. Even she found it rather disgusting, which was probably saying something. Fortunately she didn't need to wait too long before returning to the comforts of civilization, the team was cleared and teleported out, back to Gato. She had to admit she would miss the level of strength she'd been elevated to in the demon realm, but even so with her newly acquired powers she was much stronger back on Earth than she had been. Besides she liked Earth better, she could relax here. Now where did that thought come from? I must be hungry, but first a shower.

It took some effort to get all the blood off, it clung to her hair especially, drying into disgusting clumps. Shapeshifting into a hairless form helped get rid of it, but even then it was a pain scrubbing every inch of her skin clean. Hopefully this doesn't clog the drain. Finally, after over an hour of being soaked with steaming hot water she felt clean. Now for some fun.

She picked out her wardrobe carefully, eventually deciding on a tight red number, alluring enough to catch the eye, emphasizing her body just so to draw envy and lust, hopefully without drawing scorn. That was always tiresome, but then she could hardly help that some people were judgemental assholes. From there she made her way to one of the local clubs, at this hour there would be plenty activity and she doubted she would have any trouble finding a good party, somewhere she could drink and get laid.

With the barrier down, and the wounded tended to, they were quickly taken back to the school. Probably so we wouldn't see too much? He thought bitterly; sure he'd told Juliet, he'd try to not tar all demons with the same brush as the one that had fuck over him and or his clan, but these were demons with power, beings like that were always up to something. Probably making sure that Lord Tepes' sword and Lady Bathroy's ring are conveniently nowhere to be found. Walking back to his room, the scowl on his face served to part groups of both students and staff well before he got close; he had a report to make to Kyiv and he was not looking forward to it.

Once in his room he changed out of his bloody and shredded clothes, and tossed his gun on the bed. Need something with better armour breaking. He thought. When he'd loaded up for this mission, he really hadn't expected to be this much combat. The derringer was fine for putting down one or two enemies, even pretty sturdy ones, but not if they were armoured; the shells lack the velocity to make good penetrators. With a sigh, he booted up his laptop and began work on his report.

Tomas

Tomas was finally glad to be out of the demon realm and able to rest. The last few hours were annoying and he was being checked out by both medics from the demons tents, and the Gungnir tent. After being checked out at both and seeming to be fine besides a few bumps on his head he was sent home. Though told to check in the school medics if any problem arises.

Tomas layed in his bed, tired from the fighting, transforming, and then crashing and getting hurt. Laying in his bed as all he wanted to do was rest. Closing his eyes lightly to get some sleep, and hope that no one was to loud tonight.

William

William was given a quick check up after he puked, but was mainly alright. A lot happen today and he wasn't sure how to feel about it all. Watching tv in his room as he wonders if he did as well as the others have said. While he believe they were telling the truth, he had a deep seated negative feeling that was saying they were just lying.

Pushing that thought out of his mind as he sigh. Wondering what the others were doing as he lay in his bed and try to find something to watch. Though hardly anything on this late, besides a few..more improbate channels. Which William quickly change as he surf the channels. 'Maybe I should just watch stuff on youtube...not tired to sleep just yet....just sore.' He made notes in his head as he goes to pull out his laptop to pass the time.

Sol felt a strong sense of relief when he heard they were going to go back to the school. He stumbled his way over -due to his leg, mostly- and let them lead him through the portal, and towards the school. It didn't take an awful long while to get there, and though he definitely felt the benefits from having drunk, it still wasn't a second too early.

"Hi Sierra, Seth," he said, smirking. It felt pretty great being back. "You're lucky you didn't have to go on this mission. So stressful. Now, excuse me, I'm going to see if I can do something productive. You guys -he motioned towards those still there- should probably go drink or something." With that, he stretched, turning towards the staff there.

Right. My leg. Should probably let them have a look at it.

And he definitely understood why by the time he forced himself to walk over to the medics, phone in his hand, struggling not to just sit down and demanding someone carry him. He sent a message to Elizabeth, telling her he was safe and sound and that he would talk the next day, and then sent another to Luke, asking if he was free, and telling him to meet him if he was. Looking towards the medics, he noticed them eyeing his walk.

"Fine. You..." The phone beeped and told him a message had been received, Luke telling him he would be there in short while. "--have ten minutes. I don't care what you do to it, just get it sorted out and send me on my merry way," he said. "And try to make it hard to notice, I don't want it to be easy to spot."

With that, he sat down on a nearby bench and let them raise the leg and examine it. It was the ankle, it had gotten slightly blue and swollen, and they started working on bandaging it. Sol just looked at it, disinterested. It couldn't be that bad if he had been able to walk on it.

"It could be fractured," one of them said, looking at him, before moving their hand to catch his attention. "Hey, hunter. Your ankle could be broken. We need to x-ray it." Sol simply waved him off.

"No you don't. It just hurts, I can definitely walk on it. Everyone knows you can't walk on a broken leg. Besides, I don't want to spend the evening having to wait for the results." The medic sighed, apparently not agreeing with Sol's logic.

"hunters. You sure are a stubborn lot. I'll put you up for a session tomorrow. You've been drinking, are you planning on drinking more?"

Sol nodded, slowly.

Well, duh. I just finished a mission.

"Well, then you'll have to wait before you receive any painkillers. We'll apply some cold spray, bandage it up and stabilize your ankle, and it should be fine as long as you don't walk on it."

"Does that mean I need a crutch?"

"Do you enjoy limping around on one foot?"

"Could you find one that looks slightly less like I've really gotten myself injured?" The medic had just nodded, then let the other two do their thing.

Sol had gotten the leg bandaged up and already put on his sock and boot by the time Luke got there, so it didn't look too bad. With a smile, he let the other sit down next to him.

"So, what are we waiting for?"

"Sexy werewolves," Sol replied, and leaned over to kiss the other's cheek, only to be stopped by the voice of the medic he had spoken to earlier.

"Here you go, crutches for your possibly broken ankle."

Okay. That had to be on purpose. Note to self, don't antagonize the staff, even if it's just sarcasm.

Of course, that got rid of his window to kiss the other, with Luke looking at him.

"Broken ankle? What did you do?"

"Doesn't matter," Sol said, using the crutches to stand up. "It's not broken, and I'm dying to get something to drink. I need to have fun, okay? Having fun is like, super important. I need to settle down. Do you know if there's a party going on anywhere? Oh, and also," he kissed Luke's forehead. "I never got to give you an "after-mission kiss."." The other turned rather red because of the nearby staff, but he stood up and returned the kiss, this time lips meeting lips, before sighing.

"I do actually. And I'm glad you're okay, even if you're making me look sort of uncool now. But we'll only grab a couple of drinks, okay?"

"Of course," Sol said, though he had a feeling it wouldn't end up that way.
