[Lost In The Void]

Jamie sighed as the rest of a group appeared around the basement, "My name is Jamie, I don't know why I was narrated here since I haven't even been trying to find anything like Giant rats or some dumb quest, but now the narrators put me here and its not fair," the text box beside Jamie read,

Jamie, likes to whine, ignore that

, "I don't whine its all true..."

Jamie waited for the others to introduce themselves, then it would be the time to decide what happened...or the Narrator would be cheap and stop Jamie from leaving the area.

 

[XThecommander]

Seiphetia chuckled at the fool in front of her.
You may be laughing now, but... O what am I saying? I was the one that caused him to fall.
An evil grin came across her face, which she hid with her hand, as she thought of anything else to do to the fool.
Also, it seems Misa is moving in on him, that is probably enough torture for a life...
She thought, watching Misa greet the new man, who seemed to be an idiot to her already.

 

[One Seven One]

"Well that's one way to make an entrance" Freeze thought to himself while trying to mask his laughter.
"Hmm?" He said as the next person turned to him.
"Let's see.. I'm Freeze, I'm a wizard in training and I focus mostly on ice magic."
"What else, what else.."
"I'm also rather fond of the violin." He added.
Freeze turned to the person on his right while mouthing the words "Your turn."

 

[Fury Is Me.]

Fin grinned, happily as everyone greeted him. "Hi there, Freeze, Wizard in training. Jaime, whiney girl. Other girl who's chuckling evily as if she just did something bad. Skullivan, skeleton map chroniclinator and cook-man. And- HELLOOOO!" Fin looked Misa witth a grin. "Well, that certainly changes my impression of witches now! Hello there, Misa!" He looked at her for a bit more, scanning her over a bit.
What a hottie...
Then he looked back at everyone else, with an even BIGGER grin. "My name is Fin McFinnigan!Finny! Lockpicker extraordinaire! A master thief! And not to bad with a sword. Not too bad with a Flamberge either!" He started laughing at his own lewd joke. "But enough expository banter. Let us forage on through our quest! Onward and Upward! To infinity and Beyond! There are rats to kill, in other words." He swiftly, and expertly, pulled his small Flaberge's out of their sheathes, making almost no sound, and the sound that was made was nearly undetectable.

Misa saw Finny checking her out and winked at him.
Note to self-stay on that one!
She sauntered over to him and grabbed onto his arm.
"Well I'll say we can kill this rat king now" she said, looking up at Finny again and winking before taking out her whip and cracking it.
"Minstrel! Play some adventure music"

 

[Fury Is Me.]

Finny looked and Xandus. "Nice to meet ya, pal. And dark spellsword, you say? Hmm... Never seen you before! Alright! I just learned something cool!"
Fin's eye returned to Misa, who had just wrapped her arms around his arm. He chuckled and grinned, friendly-like. "I agree with the pretty little witch here! Let's kill the rat and go home for a night of fun and plundering!"

Misa looked up at Fin and winked again.
"Emphasis on the fun" she said happily before running up the stairs and waiting for her minstrel to follow her. Seeing that his music was out of tune she pulled up her combat menu.

As Misa cracked her whip and winked, a minstrel appeared out of thin air beside the other one. Soon the music was playing in perfect harmony again.

After summoning the minstrel she shook her head at Xandus and mouthed Don't kill yet

 

[Lambi]

Everyone had now been gathered into the basement, and had introduced themselves. All lights suddenly dimmed, even the candle from Skullivan, and the basement was mysteriously and completely closed off with an unknown force. It was impossible to leave it now.

A slight noise could be heard from almost everywhere around the adventurers, but they couldn't see what was causing the noise. The noise sounded like the squeaks of the giant rats, but no rats were visible.

That's when something crashed through a wall in the basement. Something big...

It was the King Giant Rat. It was twice as big as any of them, with it's eyes glowing red, unlike the Giant Rats who just had red eyes, not glowing. It also had a crown on it's head, as stupid as it looked.

A voice could be heard, not from the King Giant Rat, but like the figure that spoke was right beside them all. It was kind of shrieky and musing. "This will be your opponent for the day. Have fun!~" It gave an insane laughter which faded.

Misa sighed and faced the King Giant Rat.
"Seriously? Opponent for the day? Why not of the week or month?" she asked sarcastically before opening up her combat menu again.

Misa slowly unraveled her whip and cracked it at the rat, sending her freezebolt after it.
Even if it doesn't kill, it might do some damage
"Mimstrels! Boss battle music!" she hissed before turning to the rat again

Seiphetia sighed, looking at Misa's foolish attempt.
"Let me handle this, dear."
She said, as she brang up the battle menu

Giant Rat King

She pointed her staff at the rat king, sending a bolt of blue fire at the rat, and watching its fur catch on fire, and see it get cold from the blue fire.

Finny grinned and spun his flamberges in his hands, poised like an assassin for the kill.
"Bring it on, you over grown fur ball! I'll have Skullivan turn you into something nice and tasty!"

Finny quickly squatted a bit more and leapt towards the King Rat, running for it's face, quickly, in an attempt to gouge out its eyes. "I'll bet your crown sells for a pretty penny, rodent!"

 

[One Seven One]

"What are these rats eating?!" Freeze thought to himself as he saw the giant girth of the King Giant Rat.

Freeze sends a wave of frost towards the King Giant Rat in hopes of lowering its defense.
"Let's see how you like that you oversized rat!"

 

[Lambi]

Misa's Freeze hit the King Giant Rat and managed to slow it down a bit and lose 14 HP, but nothing else. Seiphetia's Blue Fire made it continuously lose HP over time, little numbers flying over it, ranging from 15 and up to 40. It raised one front paw and slashed at Finny, making him lose 30 HP, he was now at 265 HP. Freeze's Frost Wave made it lose some defence and 5 HP.

It gave a shriek and several Giant Rats came to assist it. They all attacked the adventurers, making them all lose around 9 - 15 HP.

 

[Fury Is Me.]

Finny clutched the area where the rat swiped him. "Damn boss creatures are fast!" He said. She regained his composure, quickly and readied himself again.

What will Finny do?

Finny spun his blades in his hand and ran for the beast again.

Jamie looked as the King Rat summoned more rats to the fight and instead of attacking the Giant rat that was much too strong; Jamie instead focused on attacking the other rats,

Jamie selected the attacks and ran forward swinging wildly. The fist attacks struck the first rat henchmen and Jamie stepped back seeing that some progress had been made by the attacks, "Why is this even happening? Rats are horrible..." Jamie said pathetically.

 

[One Seven One]

Freese watch, with an unamused expression on his face as more rats swarmed the basement.
You've got to be kidding me..

[Xero Scythe]

Grana cursed as he brought around his gun to face the Rat King. "Crap. Well, what do you know, they have monarchy after all." He looked at the Savage behind him. "In the interest of life, let's fire at the rats." He grinned as he squashed a rat. It was big, but it was still stupid enough to get stuck underneath his boot. Jackrum opened up his combat menu.

 WWJD- "What Would Jackrum Do?" Menu:

Jackrum selected the skill screen and scrolled down the choices.

Jackrum heard the androgynous kid start whining. "Don't worry! We're making a dent, just don't stop!" He roared. He swung out Explosia, manipulating the slides so that the side facing away from the King Rat.

The sword swung towards the king, aided by the explosion. The sword stuck in the rat with a sickening sound like a boot...well, down here, the simile was not appreciated. Jackrum grinned as those slides closed and the other ones opened, finishing the second stage of the attack, sending fire right into the rat.
