EDITS, EDITS FOR ALL: Turns out she signed a consent form that had the stipulation that the design would be at the artists discretion, in simple terms, she told him in a binding contract that he could tattoo whatever he wanted on her back.

Then he is in the clear. No future girlfriend who is unfaithful will ever want to have him doing her tattoo though.

For instance, there is a type of creme that slowly burns off layers of skin, takes a long while, but it eventually fades the tattoo, eventually removing it entirely.

Yeah it'd be less funny if it wasn't so obviously fake. Being cheated on sucks, having something like this tattooed on you goes a bit beyond just sucking and would result in a nice long jail sentence for the psychopath who did it.
