Sorry but that guy is a horrible person. She cheated on him and that's bad but to effectively ruin her life? no fucking way is that acceptable.

So, sensibly one could argue that cheating on your boyfriend and doing this is unwise? Sure she thought she got away with it but it was his "best friend", what did she think was going to happen?

You can't just 'remove' a tattoo, it involves hours and hours of laser surgery, which is incredibly painful and would scar her for life. It really doesn't compare to cheating on someone. Honestly, I would be up to doing the same thing and it wouldn't matter to me if I got sued and lost. For the rest of her life, they will either have a large turd on her back or the laser surgery will leave some scars, forever remind them of me, the incident, and what they truly are.
