It's a shame the 10 year old feels she needs to deface her body like this. At 10 kids should be climbing trees and thinking the opposite sex is 'icky' instead of trying to look older and more attractive.

Oh yes, there's nothing I hate more than the fake hair and tan look that so many girls seem to sport at a younger and younger age.

Tanning is a stupid idea in itself. Tanning beds of otherwise, because tannin is the body's reaction to intense UV exposure. When you get a tan, you are making your body set up an emergency system to stop severe sunburn.
