Hmm i wouldn't really consider the first one post-rock it would fit better in another genre. It is good though I'm enjoying these songs!

To your points about hip hop, like I said earlier. You could make the push to make rap itself just a sub genre of hip hop that incorporates it all. And some people do accept this definition of it. Thus making that stuff irrelevant.
