The only band I've seen live was the Lt. Dan Band while I lived in Germany, and that was pretty cool.

I've seen Dream Theater, Opeth, Between the Buried and Me, Zappa Plays Zappa, Stone Sour, and Avenged Sevenfold live.
Most of those were supporting acts that I saw when I went to see Dream Theater (Opeth, Between the Buried and Me, and Zappa Plays Zappa) or Avenged Sevenfold (Stone Sour).
Both Dream Theater and A7X were awesome when I saw them, but in different ways.

I don't blame you if you haven't heard of the first nine, they're either local-ish punk bands, or in the case of From Jupiter, a pretty good rock band that toured high schools all across the west coast.
Still, though, go look up Cobra Skulls. They're one of the best bands I've ever heard.

Attack Attack!, Winds of Plague, The Devil Wears Prada, August Burns Red, Suicide Silence, A Day To Remember, Pierce The Veil, Bring Me The Horizon, gah there's so many bands that put on a great show!!!

I've only been to a handful of concerts, with my first ever only being last October, but my top three would be:
1. Bright Eyes about 3 weeks ago, just absolutely mind blowing.
2. Umphrey's McGee (my first), a three hour set, just unbelievable.
3. Michale Graves acoustic show.
I'm seeing Rob Zombie and Slayer in a couple of weeks and Alien Ant Farm and Whitesnake in August, it's going to be a good summer.

Not really a concert fan(and as a metalhead I'm ashamed of this), so I haven't seen that many bands live. I did go to Priest Feast however and got to see Testament, Megadeth and Judas Priest in one evening. They were all frickin' amazing. I expected Halford to be as awful as on any live clip on Youtube, but he sang just as good as on the albums!
Bullet For My Valentine also played, but I was genuinely more interested in watching the que for the toilets.SEPECAT said:
lets see.... well i saw rammstein recently in montreal. that was amazing. this week I'm going to see Soundgarden, the black keys, steve miller, Edward sharpe and the magnetic zeros, the flaming lips(they have such wild live shows). that's just a couple of the bands. it's good to live in ottawa in the summer. lots of music that spans two weeks. bluesfest rocks.
