Anyone remember Shadow of Destiny on the PS2? It was one of the earlier releases, and it didn't get very much attention, but in spite of its flaws, it was a remarkable game.
Oh, I remember that! I loved, no, I love, that game! In Sweden it was called Shadow of Memories, though. A better name if you ask me; less clichéd.

Tobal No. 1 and 2, i thought they were awesome, everyone else thinks they are just weird names.
You have an amazing ability to be one of the first people to post on just about any thread I visit, same goes to SCAMola.

Mine would be Timeshift, yeah I loved it!

In terms of games only I remember, Alien Soldier made by the same guys who did Gunstar Heroes, Alien soldier is fiendishly difficult for any child under the age of 29.

Archimedean Dynasty. So immensely awesome. Graphics are horrendously dated, but, I mean, it's sci-fi submarine combat that plays something like a flight simulator. It's awesome.

Castles II: Siege & Conquest. Again, immensely awesome - usually I didn't really bother with the game, all I wanted to do was design my own castles (and watch the BBC footage that came with the game, I learned so much from that).

Bomberman 64 and the sorta sequal, Bomberman heroes. 64 was cool though heroes was a little faster, a little harder, a little more fluid. I still have them both tucked away with my N64 somewhere....I remmeber that was the console I'd always bring to the hospital with me....even after 360 came out haha.

I would have to say I-Ninja.
No one seems to know of this games existince, but it's pretty fun.
Just a ninja defeating every enemy he sees.

Either that, or the original Spyro the Dragon games.
Just the first 3 on the PS1.
After Year of the Dragon, it all went downhill.
I love the old spyro games. They are still so fun to this date.

throne of darkness....it was like Diablo but set in feudal japan and you controlled a group of four instead of just one guy.....it was sweet....but whenever I mention it people act like I am making stuff up
I remember playing throne of darkness. If I recall correctly the enemies didn't respawn at all so it was impossible to do any sort of grinding which always screwed me over. Otherwise it was a great game and for the time I really enjoyed the graphics and level design.

Herc's Adventures for the playstation 1 would have to be my pick. I'm not sure if it's because the rest of the known world thought it was crap or if I'm person who got the only copy ever produced but nobody seems to know what it is. It's definitely the game I look back on with the most nostalgia because it was the first game I owned and beat.

Now that I look back on it's gameplay it was remarkably open world in comparison to what else was out there. You were supposed to follow along the story path but you were able to go wherever you wanted if you had the determination and enough gyros (health potion pretty much)

Edit: Arcanum as well. One of my favourite games of all time. It truly gave the player ultimate freedom, which meant if you wanted to explore you had to be prepared to face the consequences. I remember first starting it up, finishing the tutorial-y type bit and just going somewhere random. I arrived at a town, walked in and promptly got gibbed by the highest level dark magic spell in the game. Game over. It was awesome
