The Godfather in general, since the main character becomes an antagonist.

I've never seen the film of The Sicillian but I know it exists, and the excellent book ended with the death of the protagonist by his closest friend, and the antagonist becoming even richer and more powerful than he was at the start!

I'd say the first Hellraiser. Pinhead ftw. He always wins in the end, just like most of the supernatural villains like Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees.

If you go by Oscar wins "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" is probably the greatest film were the bad guy wins.
Is the protagonist gets lobotomized the same as the bad guys win? What about when Warren tosses the sink thru the window and escapes from the asylum and Christopher LLoyd cheers about it?

Ocean's Eleven. Well, the entire Ocean's series, in that respect. They're all theives, and they rob people. Admittedly, they're painted in a good light in the series, so it's debatable if they're really the bad guys.
Similarly, The Italian Job.

Departed if no one has said it yet a very good movie, also Shutter Island not exactly the "bad guy" but more the concept of evil and barbaric society

I'm not sure if Natural Born Killers counts since everybody in the movie is kind of a bad guy.

Old Boy I guess, but it depends on how you define "win."

1984 hands down.

Read the book before you watch the movie tho. They did a damn good job converting it to the film medium. Pretty hard tho cause there's so much to fit into a short space of time. Hence why some parts of the movie seem kinda rushed.

Still alsome tho

Well there IS Chinatown. Everyone seems to think it was great but I thought it was just crap. (FLAME SHIELD ACTIVATE)
I get that it's a "classic" but I thought Jack Nicholson's character was a git.

Edit: WAIT i just remembered The Departed
Does it count if the villain just outlives the hero?
If you are referring to Matt Damon outliving DiCaprio, remember that Marky Mark shows up at his apartment later and shoots him in the face.
