Hey I read an article where some guy was playing *insert game* then someone came to rob him so he hit them with the game controller (which would do damage due to material, size, weight etc) then couldn't detach from the game to deal with issue so finished what he was doing before calling the authorities.

1. Burglar was an idiot for robbing while someone is there.
2. Home owner is a tool who cant let go of the game.
3. Internet hordes need to relax or else we will hear copycat stories from said hordes.

Makes for a good pub story to tell other people who play said game as they are more likely to "LOL AWESOMESAUCE" over you while other people are more likely to think "Your an idiot" and laugh behind your back.

I wish I gained personal satisfaction from taking things really seriously on the internet, and then acting like a douchebag about it.

I was playing TF2, Nelson got out of his grave and broke into my house, I hit him with the keyboard and told him to leave, so he picked up his xbox and left. I went back to the game and got elevnty billion points and then saved the world.

A few days ago I was reading a news article, it was about a guy who beat up a robber with an xbox controller while playing Modern Warefare 2. Unfortunately the article was taken down only a few hours later so im just gonna paraphrase what happened. at close to 1 in the morning a man was winning a game in Modern Warefare 2 with only a few minuets left to spare, all of the sudden a robber breaks into his apartment with a gun, swinging the only thing in his hand he smacks the thief with the controller breaking his jaw, he then gets on his knees and starts to punch him in the face with the controller until he is knocked out. (this is the part that I love) he stands up gets, the game winning kill in the game with the bloody broken controller, then he calls the police. how big is this man balls. so what do you think, is he a moron or a hero?

Hero. As America allows you to shoot and kill a robber, but for some reason if you don't have a gun to kill them outright we punish the victim for using nonlethal means.

I for one think this guy needs to be given a medal. Or least a trophy resembling two large brass spheres.
