Not to be a big halo fan (i used to be the bigest in the world) but they only go "M.I.A." because its shows the public that Spartans are indestructable.

O.T. Makes me wanna play the game, too bad all i gots is a PS3.

Remember all those times you died as Master chief? There! Logic poked. Spartans dies thanks to the fact you let them to.

I guess you didnt see these """""""""", its to make the public THINK that their supersoldiers are never going to die, sure they do die its just that the public never knows about it, the spartans are "indestructable".

This has acually been used in real life cultures with elite groups, its just to keep the publics moral high.

Rubbish. They said the same after Halo 3 and then we get three more games. If Reach makes enough money there will be another Halo game

Actually they didn't. Halo 3 was the last of the Trilogy. ODST is the only other Bungie made Halo game. That game is outside of the Trilogy. As is Reach.

Reach will be the last Bungie made Halo game period. They are taking on new titles after that.

However. Microsoft game studios has opened 343 GuiltySpark Dtudios (or something like that), separate from BUNGIE if they ever choose to continue games inside the Halo Universe.

EDIT: About the "Spartans never die Jorge, they just go Missing in Action." It's sort of an in-joke among Spartans, by UNSC decree any Spartans who are Killed in Action are listed as MIA instead, to preserve the myth that Spartans are invincible and help boost morale.

However, Bungie itself is a great game studio. They really take pride in there work. So I don't distrust them in making another good Halo game.

I won't trust other Developers to do it, because after that it has just become a cash it. I mean just look at Halo Wars

I hope you're talking just about the graphics engin. The physics engine was the best part of the game. I hope the graphics are actually close to the cinematics, just as good as Killzone 2's gameplay graphics were, just not as gray please. But I would like to see an amazing campaign (engaging, lengthy, more interesting gameplay elements added) that not even haters could complain about along with the amazing multiplayer.

I've probably been ninja'd, but this is set way before the original series, it's in the books. I haven't read them but my housemate in college was obsessed with the Halo series, I bought him the comic for his birthday and he loved it so much he bought me a guitar on mine, so even though I haven't actually read the books, I've been told so much about them I might as well have read them.

OT: Looks pretty good, probably going to put it on the back burner for now since I still don't have ODST because I'm waiting for Bioshock 2 and a few others, but this looks like it could fill up some time, as long as they keep the old rifle from the first and third games I'm good. Oh and drop the SMG, it's useless.
