Killing the Little Sisters in the Bioshock games for Adam.

Something I had to do in the evil ending of Infamous 2. ( If you've played it, then you know what I'm talking about)

Incinerating the Companion Cube in Portal

When I was younger, and still played Pokemon, I once traded my Pikachu. I felt awful :(

Me too. But I can think of a very specific example.

I played Flyff for a while and there were these monsters called Mia who looked like human girls. I didn't think anything of it while leveling up, but at one point an NPC gave me a quest to look into the villages missing girls. After talking to a couple more NPCs, the quest giver said that the information has given him reason to believe that the Mias were kidnapping them. He told me to kill a few and gather their monster drops so he could research them. When I returned with his request, this is essentially what happened:

NPC: Hmmm... It seems the Mias did not kidnap the village's girls, but they ARE the village's girls!
Me: What?!
NPC: :D Now go kill 20 more!
Me: WHAT?!

In Mass Effect 2, during Zaeed's loyalty mission, I had to choose between helping Zaeed catch the Blue Sun leader so he could get revenge or help save the people in a refinery that was about to explode. I was playing as a renegade so I chose to leave them to die. For the rest of the level I could hear them screaming and I almost reloaded my game to nullify the choice but I decided against that. It was awful and I couldn't stop muttering "oh god oh god oh god" to myself the whole time.
You know what really pissed me off about that mission? Extinguishing the fire itself wasn't that hard! Why did we have to choose? We could have easily gone, "Squad Member #3, go put out that fire! Zaeed and I will hunt down Vido!"

Shooting The Boss at the end of MGS3. I just sat there and stared at the screen for a minute or so before pulling the trigger. Yeah, I found out later the game will do it later anyways if you don't, but I felt absolutely terrible about killing her.

Having sex with Morrigan at the end of Dragon Age Origins...
It gave me no choice, I skipped the cutscene but it's just weird.
If there is a way not to do so I'd appreciate knowing how.

I had a hard time getting through the later parts of Tranquility Lane. The tasks you're assigned become more and more demented, up to the point where you're running around slaughtering all of those innocent people.. Call me a moralfag if you want, but I found that part to be quite disturbing.
Because I'm a FAQ wh0re, I just skipped the tasks on my first time through (fail-safe, baby!), then watched a video depicting what happened if you complied with the bad guy. I laughed a bit.

OT: I can never find myself going the evil route in games, especially open-world rpgs like Fallout 3/NV and Oblivion. I find it easy (EDIT)to do some of the Renegade decisions in Mass Effect because they make sense(eg. Keeping Collector Base ).(END EDIT)

I think the fact that you were playing Red Faction Guerrilla alone should make you feel uncomfortable, for playing such a crappy game.
What? That game is great.

OT: I don't really have that problem when it comes to gaming

Whenever I have to hurt an animal in a game, I feel physically sick.

Specific examples include Mass Effect 1 and 2... Certain choices involving the Rachni Queen, Zaeed's loyalty mission and picking certain team members during the Omega 4 relay had me pacing around my room, something that games don't usually make me do. Also, Heavy Rain, that game was tense the whole way through, and killing the Colossi in Shadow of the Colossus made me feel horrible.

Handing over the (Mass Effect 2 spoilers)
Collecter base to the Illusive Man at the end of ME2. I had the weirdest unsettling "What did I just do, exactly?" feeling which I hadn't gotten from any of my other renegade decisions.

Suprisingly, its mostly in games like God of War that I feel the most guilty. Mainly to do with various things he does:
In God of War, when you are pushing a cage of a soldier up a ramp to burn him alive. He basically keeps begging for his life the entire time as you kick his cage up.

Or in the second game, where you protect a translator, then later bash his head in.

And thats not even half of them.
Kratos is such an asshole.
It almost got me to stop playing the series...almost.

You know you can say "Fuk yo rules" and bypass him right off the bat without hurting anyone?

OT:
Having to kill House to side with the NCR, or having to kill the BoS to side with House
pretty much Fallout actually

but as i said shooting Mr House with a Fat boy is always fun

Metro 2033 ,that whole game made me depressed and also in one scene in limbo where i had to drag the corpse of another kid to a pit of spikes so that i could jump on him and another scene when i had to use a dead body as some kind of floating device.

I feel uncomfortable having sex with prostitutes in The Witcher 2. They're just too expensive, and I only win 40 Orens per bar fight. Plus, they might have a lot of STDs.

choosing whether to let ashley or kaiden die it took a few minutes to decide because i didnt want to lose either
Yeah, that was pretty hard to do, I always look back and feel like I did the wrong thing...
But please, use the spoiler tags I used on your edited post.
[ spoiler ] [ /spoiler ] without the spaces between the [ and ].

I once played an Japanese Hentia game just to see what they were like, that was quite uncomfortable (the Japanese seem to really like bukkake)

Bioshocks Ryan scene was a good one.

With your profile picture, I find that very hard to believe...

OT: Most of the violent things in gameplay if my parents are watching. Also, if a character has a very revealing outfit. Friend, foe, me, doesn't matter. If they're there, I get awkward looks. (Tomb raider is a fun game)

BUT, your toon is immune to STDs! Witcher remember?

Prostitutes however were expensive, you needed to farm for em, but that makes the game more realistic, ain't it?
