I probably wouldn't want to say a anything, after all if I get shot that means I'm ready to die. If someone shoots you in Mexico nowadays, it's quite probably that it's going to be followed by 100 bullets.

But if I was just shot once and survived I would probably scream in pain, maybe followed by the words "fuck" and "bloody hell" with it's variants "bloody fucking hell", etc...
