haven't finished OOT, Majora's Mask, THe WInd Waker, Resident Evil 4, Oblivion(just started 3 days ago and 14 hours in), God Of War 2, Devil May Cry(I played and beat 3 first though, so the demotion of quality and inrease in difficulty is keeping me on otehr games I enjoy), and finally, I haven't beat Prince of Persia: SOT yet.

Roughtly 50% of my games remain unfinished.

I've only left games unfinished once or twice. One turned out to be awful- traded it in for something that didn't suck- and the other was just BORING. (The second one was GTA IV. I honestly just got so tired of the repetitive ass missions. Also, everyone- EVERYONE- in that game was an utterly unlikable prick.)

I finish them all, usually in a short time. Recently I rented Darksiders and I had all of the trophies for it by 10pm the second day I had it, just to get my $2.65 worth. The game wasn't even that good.

The last game I recall leaving unfinished was Crackdown. Such a boring game.

Not finishing a game is an exception to the rule. The only games I don't finish are ones that are rubbish. I finish most games though, even the not so good ones.

I have finished every game I have ever owned, mainly due to the fact I only buy 1 game for every 2 months or so, If i had bought more I would be overwhelmed

Pardon the threadjack, but my brown rat is 1000x more awesome than your white rat.

Only ones I really love usually. Games are getting so long now, and I only have a few hours a day for entertainment, so one game could monopolize my entertainment time for close to a month. If a game is no longer fun, you have no obligation to force yourself through to the end of it. I would rather take in a larger variety of different games than finish every one.

Then, with arcade-length games like a 2D shooter, fighting game, racer, or rhythm game, it takes a very small time investment to beat them, so I'll beat one a few times in a single session, trying to improve my score.

I don't hold myself to finishing a game unless I enjoy it, but if I enjoy it, I don't put it down. I finished Half-Life 2, both of the episodes, and Portal, all in a span of about three or four days from when I got the Orange Box.

I will always do my best to beat a game that I like
there are few exceptions
Turok was one of those
could never finish it for some reason

Funny this thread pop up like this I just (literally just) finished Bioshock.
Same satisfied feeling I got from finishing Portal
