30 pushups, on my fists, and with one foot on the ground (the other leg is crossed behind it)

Leg Press, last time I checked, I did 310 for 3 sets, 20 reps, 2 minutes between sets. And then I got headaches that would reoccur whenever I did any exercise, so I had to stop working out for a week. It's much better to do squats because your movement isn't limited by the machine. Because the machine's holding the weight, you don't work your stabilizing muscles (the muscles that you use to balance the weight).

Squats - I've never tried a 1-rep max, and I haven't done squats in my life until only a few months ago. But I know my form is crap, because I've only been able to squat 120.

Bench Press - 3x5, 1 min between sets, 110lbs

Running - last time I tried long distance running, I ran 4.2km in about 19 minutes. Then again, I wasn't giving it my full effort, as it was just a warmup for boxing.

Crunches - never done it till failure, last time I did crunches I did 200, then I decided I should try something else for my abs

Plank - about 3 minutes.

I used to be doing 70 pushups, 110 situps, and 12 mile runs of a weekend blast. 3 days during the week would be spent doing 50 or so pushups, 80-90 situps and a 6 mile run.

....then I turned 18, and have had a chest infection for the last 8 months that refuses to go, causing pushups to drop to 30, situps to 40, and miles to around 3.

:( :( :(

Between eleven and fifteen, though I'm awesome at running. Upper-body-to-lower-body strength ratio is pretty off for me.

I usually do 50-60 in a row each morning and night to keep in shape. I can walk forever, however I smoke so I don't think I'd fare that well on running.

I once did 100 in one sitting, but that left me very exhausted. I do 40-50 or so each morning and night. I should probably be doing more.
If you did as much as your post count, that would be impressive.

I do aot of downhill mountain biking so I have pretty good upper body strength, but I have no idea how many pressups I can do, I guess I could go for quite a while.

Great... now i feel bad. Ten years ago (when i was in training) i did about ten normal push-ups, ten with hands together, ten on my knuckles and ten on my fingertips with only 10 second breaks... and now:

EIGHT. EIGHT. My fat torso is so ****** heavy. Also i begin to breath heavily when i am GOING UP THE STAIRS.

I never really was fast in my whole life... always mediocre, but i could run 3 kilometers without any problems... but now i can't even JOG for more than a few minutes, just can't get enough air. Well my Constitution Score is pretty low at the moment. (But i get a high bonus against diseases and injuries)

Sad sad... and what teaches that you kids: Never stop training. You just get sad if you realize you aren't as good as you used to be... or just never START to begin with *g*

It would depend on how i did them.

I could get plently if i just rapidly pushed up and down.

Keeping my back straight and doing them slowely and controlled and using the proper range of motion, not as much.

how many pushups can you do in a row?
10-20.
how many miles can you run easily?
I passed out from exhaustion from two laps on a track when I was in school. I'd die if I tried a mile.
How much do you leg press?
Probably half my weight, which is 180 lb.
How about squats?
The only time I squat is when I'm on the toilet.
How fast is your 40-yard dash?
20 seconds.
Or, if you a lead a... sedentary lifestyle, explain the perks of that.
There aren't any perks. The muscles atrophy to uselessness, the immune system is generally weaker because the muscles are weaker, then we're freaking depressed because we're too weak to do much, making the immune system that much weaker... oops, got caught up in the moment. All that explains me in a nutshell lol.

Hm, I can do about 30-40 push-ups a day. I'm weak on the upper body. But my abs are really strong. I crank 55 curls in minute and can hold bridges for over 2 minutes without any effort.

* I can do about 50, but I don't push myself up, I push the earth down.
* Running? I don't know. I can have high bursts of speed when I'm in a pinch, but I don't know how long can I run before my bodily functions start to fail.
* Squats? About 100. I have relatively strong thighs. I don't like them, though. They bore me and I feel like taking a shit afterwards.
* I don't know about your foreign distance measures. Here in Europe we count in meters.
* The benefits of being a couch potato are none. I honestly should start working out more. This sedentary life is mind crushing for me.
