Let's see what kind of shape The Escapist is in... how many pushups can you do in a row?
Or, if you can't do pushups, how many miles can you run easily?
How much do you leg press? How about squats? How fast is your 40-yard dash?

Or, if you a lead a... sedentary lifestyle, explain the perks of that.
Well Navy I was able to do 101 push ups in two minutes.
105 situp (my best) in 2 minutes.
But my run was always bad, but found out it was due to pain from some kind of syst in the marrow of my left foot but 10:55 for a mile and a half was my best.

And now? Well still pull off about 80 push ups, 80 sit ups, but since the surgery on the foot has me in a cast no running anywhere for a while.

I can do 60 odd push ups, but I cannot run very far because of my leg, I did like 6 kms one time, that's like 3 miles I think...

depends the mood in in, if im tired, etc. Usually 15 pushups, I'm not big into doing them so I never do em, I can do 125 situps though no problem, oh and one cockpushup because all you need is one.

I do 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups a day, but it doesn't make me too tired.

I'll say that on a good day, I could do 50 each.

50. I started doing them last year at 20 a day in sets of five. Then I got better. do 200 hundred a day minimum. Ive lost a lot of weight and started restoring my figure but I still need to lose about 5 or 10 kilos to expose my muscles.

Another year of work. Sigh.

I think my record was somewhere between 40 and 60 at a TKD practice, but at another one...

Well, they had us doing a sort of sprint thing. You run to the far wall, do a turning kick, then run back, then back again. Then you do 3, then 5, then 7...

I got to FORTY FUCKING NINE.

For push-ups I'm working on a 60-day plan a friend recommended to build up to 100 by doing a certain number every couple days for 6 sets with 2 minute pauses between each set. I haven't done a complete non-stop try in a long time. In the total of one of those sessions I'm up to a little more than 50 at day 13, so I've got a way to go before I can get to 100 non-stop.

I've done 250 sit-ups in a row before, and I always stop there even though I could probably do more so that I don't strain myself too much. I don't think I've ever attempted to see exactly how many I could do non-stop.

I could once do 100, but I can now do 45-50 with extreme difficulty. I swore by the Maker that I would return to my physical peak, however, should the blight ever reach Denerim!

I did 50 this morning with 3 half-minute breaks (15-15-20). Wasn't really exhausted that much, I think I'll up it to 3X20 next time.

My tops ever was 51 in 1 sitting, I should be able to do more now as that was about a month ago, heck I've only been doing push-ups since last November. I could only do 5 back then, you can say I've been making progress.

Thing is though, I have a shitty back and shitty joints, so often it just hurts too much to do lots of push-ups. Same with sit-ups, they just hurt my lower back too much.

my body = fail. It doesn't work properly, I can't bend or straighten my legs, I can't even get up off the floor properly because my legs are so bad.
People think I'm lazy, but it's my stupid body. Annoying.
Anyway, I can walk for hours if that counts.

I'm pretty unfit, and although I've tried I've never ever been able to do push-ups. The rest I've never counted.
It's not that I'm opposed to exercise, things just get in the way of that stuff... like my room being far too small for any of that and gyms being awkward as hell.

60-70 push ups in one go.
I'm not very good at running though, so maybe 1-1.5 miles is what I could do easily.
