I just tried, and got 15, doing them as well as I could.

Now I'm lightheaded. Dammit I need some more sleep.

I can do 3 push-ups. Run about a mile easily. Leg press 5 times my own body weight. Don't know what squats are and *PROPER* countries use the metric system so there will be NO 40-yard anything.

I can do at least 30, I try to do 30 everyday, 30's about right to push myself without losing feeling in my arms. I have a rather girlish figure.
However my extreme lightweight makes me killer at pull ups =P there was a chart at my 6th form gym when I was at college and whatever the "doing this number is great and makes you super manly" number of pull ups was, I could do it =P

I can do about 45 push ups, but can easily do thirty unless I can take short brakes.

I can run about 3 miles but my school track is starting so I'll probably improve.

I like pull ups the best I can do about 25 before groaning and flailing my legs around.

I can do about 40 pushups, I don't even know what a leg press is, I can squat like 155, and I can bench about 115 if I do 10 reps, and 155 if I only do one or two. Keep in mind that I'm a freshman in high school, weigh maybe 120 pounds, and I'm only like five foot six inches or so.

100 if I push it, but it hurts like hell afterwards. Usually I do 30-40 a day. I also run 3 miles, and do sit-ups and pull-ups every morning.

EDIT: I also can do almost 80 situps without pauses.
I've got phenomenal abs because of my training programme:
7 in the morning, mum yells: "Get up!"
I sit up in the bed, fall down again, repeat every 2 minutes in 45 minutes.

It's good exercise, since I'm one of the best "Situp-ers" in the class.

I'm in decent shape.

I lift 15kg per arm in 10 reps, between 15 and 30 sets = 150-300
I do 50-100 rep pressups, as many as i can be arsed, usually 10-20 = 500-1000
I used to do hindu pressups, 50 reps = record for that was 3000 in a whole day dedicated to them.

I don't do 40 yard dashes but i do parkour and do 3 hours a week

I can´t do any.I can only do a few of the female version.And I even have trouble doing those.

Lemme check...

10 exactly, tho I am a heavy smoker and don't get much exercise other than walking places (tho surprisingly I am still very slim (probably cause of the smoking))

Also surprisingly , I am an extremely fast sprinter, and could probably keep it up for a while

6 years ago, much better. But six years ago I was doing martial arts and skateboarding for hours everyday.

Did you do proper form? I can't imagine anyone inately being able to do 60 proper pushups.

A proper pushup consists of a completely straight, rigid bodies, the only thing bending is the elbows. With the arms directly under the body and elbows bending outwards.
I know what a proper push up is -_-

No girl push ups here. I did 60 perfect push ups. :D

I can do more sit ups though.

But in reality i can do 70 in 2 minutes(2 short of the army 100% for my age) this was done about 4 months ago my last pt test but I've been injured since then so lets just say 50.
