Hmm... your fitness is good but your math (or knowledge of conversion rates) is just plain terrible. 40 yards is about 36 meters.

I can do about 50 pushups. I am currently working towards being able to do 100 nonstop.

I don't have measurements of the rest because I don't normally do those during a workout.

I can't run for my life. When I was in better shape, I could do 90 or so before I got tired (50-60 by the one minute mark). I can't do nearly as many now. Is it okay if I can do 10 pull-ups instead?

45 push ups (but then I'm done)

leg press 150kg

run 500 metres (don't have much stamina, but I'm working on it)

40 yard dash 4.5 seconds

Edit: oh yes, I forgot to say my dimensions. I'm 6 feet even, and weigh a 150 pounds

wooooooooo im doing fourty and i thought it would be bad, but compared to the rest of you im average. although this is a gaming website....

20 nose to the ground, straight back, toes and palms of hands only things touching the grounnd pushup's.........................look's like 'ol guitar Gamer should be working out a little more

100 in the morning, and 100 at night. I can do 60 or 70-ish if i bring my chin the ground. On the other hand, I can run a 6 minute mile, but feel like my hearts about to explode. For everything else I couldn't tell ya.

before i was doing ym excercises i could probs pull of about 4, but been doing my weights for about a year now and can pull of maximum of about 24 i think it was.

But then after them lot my arms were pretty much dead!
