Sorry, I just sort of laughed until my side hurt when I saw the title "true rockers" you're labeling yourself as. Also, every genre takes skill to play and create music with. Ever tried playing a Saxophone in a Jazz band?
Anywho, on to the actual topic: I wouldn't exactly call myself a fan of metal. I like a few songs here and there, some of them actually sound pretty good while the rest of it sounds much like what YouTube is labeling it as: Scream-O.
You have to admit, however, that a lot of genres that people don't necessarily listen to themselves are usually lumped together into a bigger category so they know what to avoid. They don't frankly care what it's called, they don't like it because to them, it all sounds the same.
The only reason why it sounds different to you is because you are a fan of the genre, and you know what the differences are. Granted, I can probably tell Metal from Scream-O, but not everyone can. YouTube has got to have some Metal and Scream-O fans in their employees, and undoubtedly they will probably correct it if they want or need to. And even you have to admit that some Metal sounds suspiciously like Scream-O...but, perhaps the band took some Prozac before they played.
So, for now...I can safely say they it's a minor issue, and one I believe is easily brushed-off by such a large company. Get over it.
...and yourself, while you're at it.
