Escapistopia IRS/some sort of government (honestly I myself would never make it clear to others) inspector, abusive of his position. I go around from facility to facility offering extremely opinionated assessments of the various establishments, their practices, their statements, etc. etc. in an effort to adjust the city's powers in a way I believe to be for the greater good. My success rate is debatable.
