Nice. That brings back memmories... HK-47 was THE MAN! ...Or the robot... Whatever.
Though I kind of liked Carth. Sure, he was annoying at first, but he was one of the first side characters in any game that I played that seemed to have a really good backstory. Just saying.

Anyways, mine would be Snow from Final Fantasy 13. First of all, his name. Who the hell decided that was a good name? It's just plain retarded. Then, he decides that he's a hero, and that everyone should know it. He also decides that heroes follow certain guidelines, one of the most mentioned ones is that heroes don't have PLANS! WTF is this guy SMOKING?! He is the most retarded and selfish character I have seen in any game, and they decide he's a HERO?! I won't mention what I would do to him as I would probably be thrown in an insane asylum... But just to let you know, Snow, I wanna' kill you. Meatbag...
