If you could go back in time and stop a game from being made, which one would it be?

I rather liked Smash Bros. Although I dislike the use of clone characters instead of unique ones.

Definitely Halo, I can trace nearly all of the aspects I don't like about modern shooters right back to Halo: Regenerating health, floaty gameplay, console oriented gameplay, graphics/story over gameplay etc...
