Any citizen is allowed to beat the crap of these nusicenses with whatever means nescesary.
Any citizen who brings a nusicense to a police station, will be paid a reasonable sum of pounds, about 250 pounds. (We are English here.)
Any citizen who defects to the nuiscense side, you are entitled to beatings from normal citizens.

Mostly this. We keep pumping out laws on a whim, which makes things overly complex (I don't care what your attitude about taxation is, we don't need a 10,000 page tax code) and a good bit of those laws are just made to get votes (three strikes laws, anyone?).

If I had to make a law, though, I would make community service a significantly more common penalty and try other alternatives to prison.

I'd definitely make an anti-stupid law.

Mainly focused at the media, this would make most of the "reality shows" both illegal to produce and to watch. I'm looking at you MTv.

I would also impose a minimum of a 3.0 GPA to graduate from High school. Can't do it? Well you have to just start all over again. It doesn't matter if you got 3.2 freshman year, 3.1 sophomore, 3.3 junior, if you got a 2.4 senior. You would have a 2.975 and you would have to do all 4 years all over again, no exception.

Also, acts of extreme stupidity in public would first come with a warning, the second would have a fine attached, third would have a fine and correctional education, fourth would have an even heavier fine and jail time.

Ban cyclists from riding on roads.
Theres plenty of cyclepaths that cost the Tax payer millions yet you never see cyclists using them, even when the road they're cycling on is right next to one. They always ride on the road.
