I'd just tell him not to give out so much information on what the game might have because not everything will make it in the game. At least he should start announcing it when it's half-way done.
He's just overly-passionate...

Shake his hand, congratulate him for what he's done for the industry, and talk over a cup of coffee

Ask him to please not over-hype any of his upcoming games. I found Fable 2 to be less spectacular than he presented it to be.
I would then probably congratulate him on making plenty of incredible titles, such as: Black and White and Dungeon Keeper.
And then.. Awkward staring.
Followed by a handshake, and exit.
This, probably. And maybe have a conversation with him about not overhyping everything.

I would lock all the doors and windows then start farting to see if he thinks that is charming.

I'd shake his hand becasue even though he doesn't deliver on his promises at least he still dreams big and is not just churning out the same indentakit games. I think he still takes a child like joy in making games and every game he makes is his best effort.

I'd try to help him make his ideas a reality.

Honestly, what the fuck?
He's not a bad guy - he just makes promises he can't keep, like most guys.
"Baby, baby, I promise baby, I'ma be so good to you, baby..." whilst staring down a disproving female figure.
Except the disproving female figure is a bunch of gamers.

...Allow me to help you understand: In this example, you are all angry chicks.
How now, brown cow?
What now, motherfuckers?
I...

That doesn't make sense.

Nothing?

I don't really care. He makes pretty good games if you just don't listen to him talking about them before the release.

I would tell him is done a pretty good job and that he should keep making games.

I like Peter. He is ambitious. Sure he doesn't fulfill his promises, but at least he tries to. It's not like he lies because he wants to trick us into buying the game. I believe that one day his ambition will produce something great,

Thank him for making Fable, kiss him gently on his forehead, and leave the room.

I bought the original Xbox mainly to play Fable. All 7 hours of it. ;]

Tell him how much I appeciate his contributions to my gaming library, and suggest some things he could do to improve upon them. Then I might offer to buy him some ice cream, and then leave.

I would probably brutalise him into making him make another Dungeon Keeper game.

And possibly Populous and Black and White, too.

Ask him where the hell is my Syndicate remake??
Probably with EA: Peter doesn't have the rights.
Then I'll ask Peter who in EA I have to kill and what papers I have to forge in order to get it back in his hands.

Oh wait, Starbreeze Studios [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starbreeze_Studios] is making a Syndicate game, the only reason I believe they could be competent enough is because Escape From Butcher Bay was supposedly awesome.

In that case, I'd chew the fat, ask him what he's planning concerning Natal.

Probably congratulate him on how good Fable 1 and 2 were. I didn't care about the promotion of the games, so I didn't get my hopes up. I thoroughly enjoyed those two games and am looking forward to the next one.
