Make him watch the trailer for Fable 2 and then make him watch a gameplay video of Fable 2 and ask him to spot the differences.
Besides that, I'll pat him on the back for an overall good and successful career as a publisher, designer and developer of games. Shake his hand for getting the Order of the British Empire and then leave the room...while doing the Riverdance.
I would realise that despite him heaping on the BS it was me that stupidly belived a game would be that good.
Then I'd think about how Fable II was actually a pretty decent game, thank him for his part in making it, say I'm looking forward to Fable III and leave.
I would tell him to stop his obsession with sympathizing for in-game AI and just focus on making the damn game good. Seriously Fable 2 would have been much better if he focused more on making the combat perfect, the game was supposed to be an action-RPG after all.
I would discuss Fable 3 with him, offer my opinion about possible features, ask him questions of the development process of Fable 2, have him sign my 360 and copy of Fable 2, then thank him for his time.
I'd probably just talk to him about the thought process behind a lot of things in the Fable series, and where that's going. And politely ask him to make another "The Movies" game, 'cus that was fun
