I would Pick a PC, but to be on topic I would probably take the 360 just for sheer quantity of titles.

xbox360 as i own it (if i had a PS£ i would say that)

look all you nostalgic people get a new/newish game for instance half life 2. now pick a random SNES, PS1/2, xbox, etc... game. which would you rather play? thus the console your new game ran on is better than the old one.

(if you say i would rather play the first star fox than HL2 you are going to hell for lying)

PC. Emulation, huge back- library, almost every good game that is or has been is on the PC. I don't see how there could be any other choice, especially if you picked a retro console like SNES or something.

Either the PC if it was allowed, or the Xbox360/PS2. I loved both equally but for slightly different reasons.

If PC is a viable option then definitely PC. Whatever games that aren't available for PC can usually be emulated anyway.

If not that, it would probably be a PS3 with backwards compatibility because of its ginormous library.

Please try to remember were talking CONSOLES here NOT Handhelds or PC
Because otherwise, CONSOLES wouldn't stand a chance.

That being said, I gotta go with Genesis. Thousands of hours wasted, and it's the sole reason I started liking hockey.

Does the PC count? cause if it does then I'd pick the PC

Other than that, it's got to be the Playstation 2. I can actually play all of my favourite games on it.

The PC, but as a gaming platform I'd go for the Xbox 360. I'm relatily new to the gaming scene, so I never got my teeth into the SNES or the PS2.

Sowwy.

The 360, since I have the most games for it, hehe. And yes, if allowed, the PC. Absolutely the best gaming platform throughout the ages.

PS3 when it could reverse compatibility and other OS.

Otherwise... Maybe DS... or Gameboy Advance, depending on which pokemon games I wanted to play.

Dreamcast because it came out before the ps2 and it had better graphics than most of it games.

Being the rebel I am, I would opt out of the console war and spend the money I would have given to a faceless corporation...to another faceless corporation, as I take to table-top gaming and/or dice-N-paper RPGs

n64 fo sho. great catalogue of games and 4 player. the only console that comes close to this is the sega megadrive; some of the greatest games about are for these 2 consoles.
