PC. Hands down.

...But in the event that doesn't count... Hm... I guess the Wii, since it can play Gamecube games, I have some other good classics on there for the Wii virtual console, and Nintendo has some pretty good franchises going for it.

Failing that, the PS2 would be a great choice as well. Especially considering that some of my favourites are on there too (Ace Combat, mostly) and there's backwards compatibility with PS1 games.

360 cos all the games I have on PS3 are multi-format games and Mass Effect is on 360!

I have it easy, because I play PC games. I get a new computer every couple of years, but it still counts as the PC platform.

Oh my god so many choices!

I think i'll have to got with the Wii, so many awesome classics available on it and some new awesome games, both multi-player and single-player. I love just about all of the Wii games out there, except for some silly television show based ones.

But other than that, Wii all the way!

Im tempted to say the Wii, just so I could have most of the delicious SNES and N64 games.

Honestly, its a throw between the N64, SNES.

The N64, thats easy. Its the N64. Mario, Golden Eye, Perfect Dark, MORE Mario, Zelda, Smash Bros Pokemon. Cmon.

Same can be said about the SNES. Its the freakin SNES, the library is amazing.

I would give some thought to my 360. Dont get me wrong; I LOVE the 360. It just lacks the classics that Nintendo has.
This minus the 360.
:p

Its so hard to choose between the SNES, 64, and Wii because all have amazing games.
The SNES and 64 also have games that make me tear up when i play then, just because of the memories i have with those systems.

The N64.

Super Mario 64 and Zelda: Ocarina of Time combo is simply magnificent, despite the fact that the PS2 (which comes in at a close second) has Time Splitters 2, my most favourite game of all time.

The first edition PlayStation 3, it is backwards compatible with PS2 games, so I'll have two consoles in one!
[SUB]That's allowed, right?[/SUB]

Or You could buy a second hand 60 gig ps3
It's something to consider if i come upon such an offer, as a replacement if my ps2 dies *knocks on wood*

But thing is, there are very few games in the ps3 library that genuinely interest me ><

I highly doubt this many people would actually pick the SNES or old consoles like that is this were a real scenario...

I would either pick the PS2 or the 360. The PS2 because of the insane amount of games for it and the variety of those games or the 360 because the controls are the smoothest and I tend to enjoy shooters on it best. Plus, there's BioShock and Gears of War.

The wii obviously. Not only are there a lot of excellent games on the console but there's also backwards compatility and the virtual console.

Well.
Could I still play original Xbox Games if I choose the Xbox 360?
If so then: I choose the Xbox 360
This. I've been playing games since Super Nintendo, but I'd still go with the 360, probably even if I couldn't play xbox 1 games on it. I honestly get the feeling a lot of people are blinded by nostalgia...I just don't remember the ps1 being that great. I remember the endless stream of Final fantasy clones (and I liked FF back then) and that only a couple of them were any good.
