You realize you can be anywhere on earth, right? For example, in the Byzantine Empire.

There actually was a Viking unit in the Byzantine army. They fought so ferociously that the Byzantine emperor said: "I want some of those", so he offered them a big bag of gold and they fought for him.

besides, Viking life would suck bigtime. The reason they were pillaging was because there was nothing left in Scandinavia. (Food shortage, plague). And after a couple of centuries, every region was equipped with the means to repel them.

But if I was a viking, I'd probably be living in the Viking kingdom of Sicily, because of the weather.

sorry, in norwegian its called "Norrøn(t)" and yes, its been very helpfull when writing notes to friends in class during secondary school. We were 3 in the whole school who could read it, all in the same class.

Vidya games were not invented back then so I am asking what you would have done or been doing if you were in Viking times. I don't really know how to be any clearer.
