So great, while other team members get to run around kicking bad-guy ass with stylish and epic abilities like adamantium claws and laser eye beams, I'd be running around translating the signs on the doors in the evil villain's layer, while hiding behind the guy with the invulnerable metal skin.
It's a lucky thing he died, because he probably would have shot himself from being so useless...

I mean, if you got someone u dont like, stop time, kill them horribly in whatever way you wish, resume time, they fall over bleeding and dead.

the power to control the elements and then with that change the elements and screw with people. turn Carbon dioxide into Carbon Monoxide etc
or just rewind time and kill someone over and over again and just before you kill them the last time you kick them in the balls and then make them hold a bomb and watch them explode

As we age our perception of time changes, it seems to go faster. I could have no friends or relationships because eventually they would be dead in the blink of an eye. Also without the youth thing my body would eventually just turn into a writhing mass of flesh. And knowing these things would happen and there is nothing you could do to avert it, would increase the suffering tenfold.

Actually as kewl as invulnerability would be, the actual act of death is a release at some point in your existence. I mean, really you DON'T want to live forever, you would die from the boredom.. but you COULDN'T! Although then you might get cocky and start lobbing people's heads off and claiming something about being just one or some other nonsense and then flee off into the night wearing a cape and sunglasses.
