Telekenisis is the first one that comes to my mind, just for the sheer numer fo things you can do with it (Levitation, shielding, slicing things in half with your mind, etc). The I think of other things.
Invisibility, Intangibility, Probability manipulation.

The latter of those three would be pretty awesome.
