I really don't know anything that is at the top but being in a human centipede seem quite nasty.

I am really only afraid of things such as roller coasters and stuff of that nature. Not because I am afraid of heights or speed or anything, i just really hate having no control. For example, a water slide is a different story, because I have full body mobility within the slide.
Fear of heights, bugs, and standing in front of crowds/being the center of attention.
More so the last one than anything, whenever there's an oral presentation or something similar, I either completely avoid doing it, and thus fail what is usually a big grade, or find some way around it. I almost never do it unless it is something manageable or absolutely necessary to pass.

My biggest fear? The fear of mediocrity. I have a lingering dread that my life won't make a difference; that I'll wind up a boring person. I want to do stuff in my short time on this mortal coil, and I'm kind of terrified of the possibility that I won't.
On the upside, having this fear pretty much ensures that it won't come true, as I'll do everything in my power to avoid it.
Beyond this, though, I don't really have any irrational phobias. Well, not really. I would make a pretty funky noise if a spider were to decide to crawl on me. I know this from experience. It was not enjoyable.

I fear sex, anything sexual, yadda yadda, eternal virgin, blah de blah.
I also fear falling a large distance but surviving.

Bugs. Especally the flying ones. Bee's, dragonflys, stinkbugs, Even butterflys make be freeze up in fear.
