These are all publicly funded hence no need to need to entertain, hence no need for a bias.

Maybe you should make one yourself. You could center it in Antartica so as not to have any affiliation with any country. However, then you'd probably be biased toward global warming.Onyx Oblivion said:I'm doing a paper on Media Bias, no matter which political affiliation they lean towards, and still can't find an unbiased news source to use an example.
Any help in finding one is appreciated. It's allowed to be a news website, too.
ROFL. You are funny. NOT.ma55ter_fett said:al jazeera, they are the only nonbiased news network in existance.
Now this was funny!! ROFL. They are both different sides to the same coin.thiosk said:I think you should watch MSNBC for a half hour, then watch Fox News for a half hour.
Combined together, there is no net bias.
I don't think that'd work. Getting two kinds of misinformation just results in having a whole of conflicting misinformation.Onyx Oblivion said:In a way, I use both. I watch both of them to see both sides of the story.TheBXRabbit said:Just avoid Fox News or MSNBC. The first is biased by nature of being greedy corporate whores. The second is based by nature of trying to counteract greedy corporate whores.
Are you sure? The only left wing reporting they seem to do is environmental issues, and that is only because their evil corporate masters care about the environment. They do have a sunday morning show called reliable sources.Onyx Oblivion said:CNN is actually quite left-wing.malestrithe said:CNN is about the closest you will ever get to unbiased reporting in this country. CNBC is also fairly unbiased as well.

I say both CNN and BBC are as close to unbiased as any news source is going to get.
Any news source will inevitably be colored by the reporter, be they left or right wing. What you're looking for is an impossibility.Onyx Oblivion said:I'm doing a paper on Media Bias, no matter which political affiliation they lean towards, and still can't find an unbiased news source to use an example.

Al Jazeera is the Fox News of the Middle East.ma55ter_fett said:jihad on you, you person of the west.axia777 said:ROFL. You are funny. NOT.ma55ter_fett said:al jazeera, they are the only nonbiased news network in existance.

Yah, they are Left-Wing when compared to Fox News. When compared to MSNBC they are very Conservative. So when you look at it logically they are really very Centrist and non-biased.Onyx Oblivion said:CNN is actually quite left-wing.malestrithe said:CNN is about the closest you will ever get to unbiased reporting in this country. Is that even a realistic concept? I mean, simply by the nature of reporting a story, the end product has been filtered through the writer and their editor's personal bias towards what constitutes a newsworthy fact, story, or quote, as well as the writer's bias towards what angle is the most important on to take - there're any number of subconscious leanings that could easily be interpreted as political bias. Even if they try to be unbiased, it still hinges on what they personally believe to be an unbiased approach.Onyx Oblivion said:I'm doing a paper on Media Bias, no matter which political affiliation they lean towards, and still can't find an unbiased news source to use an example.

Insulting our news networks by comparing them to your western propaganda filth channels is not a wise move if you value the hair on your chinny chin chin.axia777 said:Al Jazeera is the Fox News of the Middle East.ma55ter_fett said:jihad on you, you person of the west.axia777 said:ROFL.
