Unless of course it's on straight, undeniable fact, like 2+2=4. But that wouldn't make very good news. What DOES, however, is something that invites controversy or a strong emotion - and people are going to do this in every single way possible.

NPR seconded, they make a very conscious effort to be unbiased. The ones that I can think of that carry no-extremely little bias are: npr, pbs, and cspan.
These are all publicly funded hence no need to need to entertain, hence no need for a bias.
